Motoko dodge-rolled out of the way. Not seeing the beam at all, Kitsune was struck by it as it whizzed by. Her body seemed to be getting electrocuted, but she was still in the position she had been in. As the beam faded into her, she turned to the others. "Watch out for what?"
Apparently she didn't see or feel the force of the beam.
"Um, you just got hit by Su's machine...it fired a laser of some sort and it hit you." Naru explained.
"Well...I didn't feel much. You sure it wasn't a fluke or malfunction?" She said, looking herself over to see if anything had changed.
Everyone looked at Su. Only she knew how the machine worked and what it was capable of doing...right?
