You sigh in relief upon seeing your son safe and fast asleep. The soft villi on the intestinal walls seemed to be the perfect place to nap to him. You run up to him and shake him. "Jet! Wake up, son."
The tiny boy groans and looks over at you. "Daddy? *yawn* You found me..."
"It's okay Jet, everything's going to be alright, now. We may have some trouble when we get out of your sister, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it." You picked up your tired son and hug him. "All that matters is that you're safe."
Jet lays his head on your shoulder. "Is... is Jenny happy?", he asked.
"What? I... I guess so, but you need to..."
Jet yawned again and smiled. "That's good..."
If you had been drinking anything, you would have done a spit-take. "Jet, your sister just ate you and she told her friend that it was okay to eat you, too. Why do you care if she's happy?" You set your son down.
He lazily gets to his feet and yawns again. "Well, Auntie Tulip told me that little brothers like me are supposed to make their big sisters happy. I don't like some of the stuff she does to me, but as long as she's happy, I don't mind that much. It's still pretty scary, though."
You hold your face and sigh. "Look, obeying your sister may be nice to her, but..." You suddenly pause. "Wait, who told you that?!"
"Auntie Tulip. When she watched me and Jenny, she told me that if I'm a good little brother to Jenny, I might grow big like her one day."
You were stunned that the words coming out of your son's mouth. You thought for sure that Tulip had cleaned up her act and ditched her previously cruel demeanor. Surely she wasn't coaching little Jet into willingly becoming his sister's toy... right? You remembered that she had often played nice for short periods of time in the past to catch you off guard. If what your son was saying was true, then this would be by far the most heinous act your sister had ever committed. There was no way you were allowing your son to be put through the same trauma you had gone through, and you certainly weren't going to let him become a willing plaything, even to your own daughter. Of course, there was the possibility that he was lying, but your mind was too clouded by anger.
"We'll... we'll talk about this tomorrow. Right now, we need to get some sleep." You walk Jet over to an area and lay him down, lying on your back next to him.

You couldn't sleep. With what you had just heard, could anyone blame you? How could your sister do this to you? To your family? To your son? You remember that every time she stayed the night, she would always get Jet to sleep with her. You didn't want to think about the things she could have done to the poor boy. It made you angry enough just listening to what he said. You looked over to your son, once again sleeping like a baby. You couldn't bear the thought of anything else befalling him. Something had to be done. "Poor Jet", you said to yourself, brushing his fluid soaked hair with your hand. "Once we get out of here, I'm going to do something about this..." You laid on your side and continued to watch over him.
