Moments later, you're in the living room, seated on one arm of the sofa holding your toothpaste cap. Before you have time to ask what this is about, Sora's mom deftly attaches a cable to the camera, setting it on the coffee table in front of you, then goes to the cabinet across the room to fetch a bottle of wine, glass, and corkscrew. She sits herself on the sofa next to you, setting her glass down by the camera, then pops the wine bottle open with impressive efficiency.
"So. Steve," the lady tells you warmly, in between pouring herself a glass of the purple-red liquid. "Yyyes? You wanted to talk about something?" You ask, apprehensively, as she turns on the TV to show one of Sora's selfies on the display. The first one.
Tien chuckles at the photo of Sora popping you in her mouth with every sign of entertainment, then reaches into her pocket to take out something else she grabbed from the bathroom. "You're eighteen now, right? Missed your last year of high school? I want to offer you a job." She tells you bluntly, brandishing the empty syringe. "Interested?"
You jump to your feet immediately, suddenly angry, throwing aside the toothpaste cup. "No way!" You snarl. "Thanks, but no thanks. I'm not your test subject. Can I call my parents, now?"
