You are about to give up, thinking the blueberry is either too digested or too well buried for you to find it, when a mouthful of gelatin lands on top of you knocking you down into the mess. As you stand yourself back up you feel something - the blueberry! It's definitely mushier than the first two you found, so you knew you had to hurry if you were going to find the last one.
You tug on the string, ready for her to pull you back up. Instead you are greeted with a gulp from above and more gelatin falling into the stomach on top of you. You nearly lose the berry, but manage to keep hold of it. After that gulp the string starts to tighten and you are lifted back through the esophagus and out of Mercedez mouth.
"Not bad!" she says, seemingly surprised you were able to find it.
"Alright, just one left. If you can get this one..." Olga starts.
"Don't ruin the surprise!" Mercedez interrupts.
"Wait, what surprise?" You have no idea what the girls are talking about, either a surprise if you win or lose, or Tulip has a surprise in store for you for this last berry.
"You'll see," Tulip plainly states, picking you up. "That last berry didn't look too good. Better hurry if you want to get the last one before my belly takes it." She rubs her stomach which lets out a well timed groan, and raises you toward her face.
"What, no extra challenge like the Jello or the soda?" You don't trust her, she seems to be making this too easy for you.
"Nah, I think it will be hard enough as it is. This game is already over Steve, while you're in there we'll be deciding what to do since you lost."
"You sure seem confident! Hurry and eat me so I can get that berry!"
"Haha, I don't think I've ever had you go so willingly. Alright, in you go."
Without a second thought, Tulip tosses you in her mouth, tilts her head back, and swallows. You move swiftly through her esophagus and land in her stomach, and everything became clear.
"Wha... these are...?" you begin.
The floor of her stomach was filled with smooth, round objects all over the place. You wonder if they are blueberries and take a bite of one of them.
"Grapes! She swallowed a bunch of grapes and I have to figure out which one of these is the blueberry!"
From above you can hear your sister giggling, followed by her gulping something down. Moments later a couple more grapes fall into the stomach.
You dig through the fruits wondering how you are going to tell the blueberry from the grapes. It's far too dark for you to see a difference, and while the blueberry normally has a slightly less smooth texture, her stomach liquids would have already smoothed it out some. Blueberries do have the crown at the top, but there are so many grapes that digestion will be well underway before you can check them all, not to mention Tulip keeps eating more.
Despite this, you can't give up. The blueberry should be on the bottom, but it could have rolled or been pushed anywhere. You start checking around the sides of her stomach thinking that could be the best bet. After a few more grapes drop in you suddenly feel movement from the outside.
"That's just cruel, Tulip. The grapes are bad enough, but this too?" Theresa laughs.
"It wouldn't matter anyway, the stupid bug can't win. There's no way he can tell the difference in there, and in the time he would get through all those grapes they'll probably be making their way through my intestines."
"So what are we doing to him since he lost?" Mercedez wonders. "Just cutting the string and leaving him in there would be kind of boring, we should do something fun for all of us."
"We can think about that while we jump. Last one to there is a digested blueberry!" Tulip yells and all four girls run for the trampoline.
Searching was hard enough before the stomach's motions got more violent, but now it's churning more heavily and your sister started moving around a whole lot more. The grapes are moving all over the place and you can't keep track of what you've checked and what you haven't. Then, suddenly, the stomach starts bouncing around like wild sending you flying off the walls and into the grapes.
With that you give up. Your sister is bouncing all over the place and you can't even look for the blueberry. You're constantly tossed around and end up crushing a number of the grapes as you land on them or squish them between yourself and the stomach wall.
After a few minutes the bouncing subsides and the stomach calms down, aside from the churning which is moving the grapes all over the place. You lean on one of them and gather your senses when you realize...
