It was complicated science, but simple to understand when you think about it. Involving the nutritional status of gender, men would be the best choice for Videl. The males tend to have more muscle cells full of protein and fatty acids whereas the females have more fat cells full of carbs and B Vitamins which would be more useful for trying to conceive a healthy baby, but Videl might not exactly be THAT close with Gohan... not yet anyway!
No, she's more focused on training, so the Omega fats from male muscle tissue might suit her needs!

"Well for the active, training, ass-kicking person on the go," Jon tells Videl, "You cant go wrong with guys!"
Videl nods her head and smiles, "Ok then. A guy it is! What are your specials?"
"Let me see... specials... specials," Jon runs through his board of papers looking for the specials. After a bit of rummaging through his papers, he kinda smiles a bit as the results! "Heh! What do you know? We got a special on voice-actors! Buy one cartoon or video game character with a speaking role, get another done by the same voice-actor free!"
"Ooo, sounds like quite a deal!" Videl obviously seems up for that special, "What would be a good choice?"
Jon had to think about... for about a microsecond! "I highly recommend the Crispin Freeman! We got a nice succulent Albedo Piazolla from Xenosaga that might go good with a side of Shougo Amakusa from Rurouni Kenshin! The Freeman Special at it's finest!"
The sound of that makes Videl's mouth water just thinking of it! Sounds good, right?
Unless she'd rather go for something else, instead? But what could sound better than good ol' Crispin Freeman? (Not relation to Morgan Freeman, who pwnz all our asses.)
