It had been a few months since her diagnosis. Kotono had to home school to keep her illness a secret from the public. Much to her dismay, it was the only way. She enjoyed cuddling with her older siblings (especially Arata). Though she wished that she was okay and back to her normal age. She was still getting younger which was horrifying to them.
She didn't like the test being performed on her but had no choice as even their father was worried for her. Unfortunately most came up empty with the only theory that it was hereditary. So their father decided to look into Kotono's family before she was adopted into the Shiunji Family.
Kotono was home alone when she felt her body began to grow cold. She began to shiver as she she held her body.
"What's happening to me?" Kotono asked herself.
Kotono ran to hide in a closet. Unknown to her she was regressing in age.
