Rumi wakes up and begins to thrash around in Naori

Naori was laid on her bed, left side as she was reading the book, science of unbirthing. Naori could feel slight movement from Rumi.
"Uhh...where am I? What time is it?" Rumi said to herself.
Rumi tried to move but felt she was tightly packed! She looked around as she saw her room was flesh in color.
"Naori? Mom? Dad? Where am I!" Rumi yelled in fear as she began to try to get out of her predicament!
"Ow! Hey! Stop it, Rumi! You're hurting me!" Naori yelled as she dropped her book and held her belly.
"Naori? Where am I? What's going on!?!" A muffled voice Rumi yelled in fear and panic. She felt a hand carress her head.
"I unbirthed you last night when you were asleep. Your in my womb now." Naori explained.
"Unbirthed....in Naori's womb...." Rumi thought after hearing her younger twin sister explain.
There was a pause as Naori waited for repsonse. Then her belly thrashed around again. She felt pain and pleasure as she held her belly.
"Let me out! I have practice!" Rumi yelled in anger.
"Ow! Stop it you're hurting me!" Naori yelled. "Calm down and let me explain!"
After a few minutes,Rumi calmed down, Naori sighed in relief.
"Thank you, Rumi." Naori said as she cleared her throat. "I caught you were texting Jun-Kun."
"S-so? You do too? What's the meaning of this?" Rumi pouted angerily.
"Ha! As if you did nothing wrong! I found out about your secret meeting behind my back! You left you phone on when I snuck in!" Naori yelled in anger.
Rumi felt guilt and a stone drop in her body. "Look I'm sorry I tried to get ahead of you now! I'll fight fair!"
"That's what we agreed on you liar! He been avoiding texting me because of you! I saw how you gave him reason not to see me or talk with me!" Naori yelled in anger as she poked her finger at Rumi's head.
"I'm sorry! I'll fight fair from now on! Please let me out!" Rumi cried out. She began to sob and dry her tears.
Naori could feel Rumi's arms move towards her face as to dry her tears. Naori could feel her sincerity but still felt betrayed by her best friend and crush as well as her twin sister. Naori rubbed her belly.
