Naori was a bit surprised Rumi had shifted her body without her noticing. Naori threw the covers off her body.
"Time to get up. I'm starving!" Naori said to herself as she rubbed Rumi's head.
Naori had to push her body up to her elbows since Rumi was really heavy. It took several attempts but Naori was able to push herself upright while moving her butt. She swung her hips around until she felt it on floor. Naori cradled Rumi's head with her right hand.
"Heaven ho!" Naori said to herself as she tried to stand up but fell back down. "This is a lot harder when you have your twin sister in you!" Naori pouted.
After another series of attempts, Naori was able to stand up but had to slouch a bit due to her heavy belly. Her belly stretched beyond her knees and was wider than her hips and shoulders! Naori shuffled her feet while making sure Rumi's body and her belly bump into anything. Naori struggled downstairs but luckily, she made it to the kitchen. She made herself breakfast without bumping her belly. After a large breakfast, she made her way back upstairs. She took a bath and decided to wear a sports bra and matching underwear and shorts though she struggled in putting on her underwear and shorts.
"This is so heavy but satisfying!" Naori giggled as she patted her belly.
