Maya was approaching the staircase leading to the ground floor as she suddenly began to feel lightheaded. She paused to grab her head.
"I'm almost there. Come on!" Maya said to herself as she used the wall as a support as she made her way downstairs.
When she reached the ground floor, her body started to heat up as she began to feel dizzy. She leaned on the wall with her hands cradling her belly.
"Why do I feel hot all of a sudden?!?" A confused Maya said to herself as she began to quicken her breathing.
Her belly began to grow in her arms as it expanded larger and wider. Maya could only watch as her belly grew. The triplet's divine fetuses began to reform inside of her womb! Simultaneously, they reformed, stretching her white dress in all directions. Maya's knees bucked a bit as her belly grew larger and wider! Maya stunned at what was going on.
She watched her belly go from full term with one, then to full term with twins, then full term with triplets, and last full term with quadruplets! When her growth was done, she now had 4 full term quadruplets, each the size of a full term fetus! It was wider then her hips and shoulders as well as her thighs when pushed together. Maya groaned as she cradled her belly.
"What the heck?!?" Maya yelled in shock and confusion over her sudden growth.
She felt four protrusions in her belly as each fetus was at the four sides of her circular belly. She winced in pain as she placed her hands on the two top ones.
"Ah! It hurts! Calm down!" Maya pleaded as she felt all four move inside of her. She was panting and overwhelmed by the movement of the four. She grimaced.
"Where did these three come from? Those triplet occult members were still pregnant when they dropped dead. Did this divine fetus absorb their divine fetuses into me?!?" Maya thought. Pondering the possibility of her sudden increased pregnancy.
But before she could do anything, the still felt pain as the four seemed to be fighting inside of her!
"Please calm down you four!" Maya pleaded as she slouched down to the ground. The pain from the beating and the sudden growth a bit much for Maya.
Maya could see them bulge forwards as she rubbed each of the four the best she could to calm them.
Choice 1: She is able to calm them down as they shrink her belly to make her look overdue with one!
Choice 2: She is able to calm them down but still looks full term with quadruplets!
Choice 3: Ami and Kozue enter the building and find Maya but she looks as they saw her before. Pregnant with one.
Choice 4: Maya is caught again as occult member/s enter the apartment in search of the triplets!
