Maya made her way to the empty robe and searched as she found a pocket notebook. She placed carried it as she made her way towards the front of the warehouse but she heard the sound of several people running.
"Great, where do I go?!?" Maya said to herself as she looked upwards and ran as fast as she could, up the stairs and onto the second floor.
Maya ran towards the fire escape just as the occult members barged in. Maya looked around to see no one was around as she was at the far side of the warehouse, opposite of where she intended to go which was the occult building. She carefully made her way down the ladder. She paused and tuned and peered around the corner to see it empty.
"Just act casual." Maya thought as she walked across the street and into the apartment building where her friends Ami and Kozue were at.
Back to Ami and Kozue.
They saw a ruckus as they watched occult members who seemed to be frantically looking for someone.
"Crap! Is it Maya? I knew they wouldn't bite on that fake belly." Ami said as she bit her lip while looking through the binoculars,looking for Maya.
"She's not answering the radio too!" Kozue said, as she was worried for Maya.
"Keep trying! I'm sure she made it out okay." Ami said as Kozue began to try to contact Maya.
It wasn't until Maya unlocked the door and flew it opened, startling the two!
"Maya!" Ami and Kozue said in unison as Kozue ran to hug Maya.
"Oof! I'm sorry I worried you but change of plans we need to escape for now!" Maya said as Ami.
Kozue was busy rubbing Maya's belly. Maya looked down angerily at Kouze who didn't notice.
"There's something off about this prosthetic. It seems to real and a lot bigger than before." she thought noting herself.
She was pulled off by Ami. "Idiot! Help me clean up!"
It didn't take long for them to check out and exit the area as the occult began searching around the apartment building they were in. The made there way to Ami's place. Ami's father wasn't around so they crashed there for the night.
"So what happened?" Ami asked as she brought food and drinks.
Maya was hungry and began to eat as Kozue was studying the notebook Maya found. Maya explained the events that happened. After her story, Ami and Kozue looked at her dumbfounded.
"Wait! So that isn't fake? It's a real baby?" Ami said with a surprised look on her face.
Maya nodded," Yeah, I was surprised she could do that but now she's gone." Maya said in a depressed tone.
Kozue crawled over and began examining her belly much to Maya's annoyance. It wasn't until Kozue felt something poke her left hand that she yelped in surprise.
"Ah! It is real!" Kozue said in surprise as she held her hands towards her body and backed off.
"I told you. The woman said it was needed to fight the occult but I'm still confused how." Maya said while eating a sandwich.
Ami began to think as Kozue adjusted her glasses as she had the notebook in hand.
"It says here that they needed the baby inside of you for the ritual. Apparently, the woman used the divine powers to sabotage the area where the ritual was to be perform." Kouze said.
"Makes sense why she was wounded badly." Ami pointed out.
"Does it state where her other infiltrators are?" Maya asked.
Kozue shook her head, "No, it doesn't specify how many but she does mention that their divine fetuses will help thwart their plans. It also said the more you have the more powerful you'll become." Kozue explained once more.
"It just means we have to find out who they are!" Ami said with excitement.
"Yeah, how will I know WHO they are?" Maya asked as she drank her drink.
Ami was quite as was Kozue.
"Oh yeah that reminds me. The woman gave me a spell but it's in a different language. Can you translate it?" Maya asked as she pulled out the piece of paper.
"Sure!" Kozue said as she took the piece of paper and examined it, fixing her glasses once more. "Hey, They're actually two spells! It's back to back!"
Kozue shower Ami and Maya the piece of paper as it indeed had two spells!
"I need to figure out the language first." Kozue added.
"Well, it seems similar to the spells my father left me before. Consider that a reference."
Kozue gave a thumbs up. Maya and Ami talked as Maya ease herself onto Ami's bed as it creaked in response to her added weight.
Choice 1: A few days later they try to infiltrate again!
Choice 2: Unfortunately, for them her father's allies raided the occult building but they still intend to investigate it.
Choice 3: Maya runs into another white mage!
Choice 4: Maya runs into an occult member!
Choice 5: More scenarios
