A rough start

Before Yayoi had a chance to use her dolls to kill the huge-headed ghost, it was forcing itself into Eiko's mouth! Yayoi could only watch, speechless, as the ghost was somehow slurped up like a giant string of spaghetti, and within seconds it was completely gone!
"Urgh! Ack! That was disgusting!" Eiko complained!
"I-I didn't even have time to destroy it..." Yayoi muttered.
"We haven't even been here for ten minutes! And one of those things already forced itself into me! I-I'm not cursed now, am I?" Eiko asked fearfully. This was horrible! She was a thrill seeker, but this crossed the line! She wanted to live a happy, married life with Kei-kun, not get exploded by some grotesque monster baby!
Yayoi looked at her fretting cousin.
"Eiko. Do you feel alright?"
"Huh? Now that you mention it... I feel fine! I thought having that thing in me would hurt a bunch, but... I don't feel any different!"
Yayoi nodded.
"That's good. Maybe it means that the ghost has gone dormant inside of you. It might not be able to do anything until the curse gets further along. And we will lift the curse on you! I won't let anything happen to you!" Yayoi stated, thinking that the curse was strangely weak, despite the intimidating appearance of the ghost.
Just to be sure, Yayoi lifted up her cousin's blouse with a quick 'pardon me,' so that she could see Eiko's bare belly.
Nothing. There were no marks or anything else on her cousin's belly.
'That's good. Did the curse not take effect somehow? Either way, I'll have to check on Eiko later just in case.' She thought to herself.
"Hee hee... Thanks, Yayoi. I believe you!" Eiko smiled, patting the top of her cousin's head.

Inside of Eiko's womb, for whatever reason, the Angel that had invaded her was staying quiet and peaceful. No- it wasn't a friendly ghost. It's goal of being 'born' hadn't changed... maybe it was just acting instinctively- rather than speaking up immediately and alerting Yayoi and Eiko to its presence- and thus letting Yayoi know that it was an immediate threat- it was staying quiet, biding it's time, until it had formed a physical body.

"Well... the hunt may have gotten off to a rough start, but don't worry, Eiko. As long as you aren't forced to ingest another Angel you should be fine. We'll break the curse in no time, and the ghost inside you will vanish into nothingness."
Eiko nodded at her cousin's words. Sure, being forced to swallow that huge thing had been terrifying... especially with the knowledge that each previous woman to fall victim to the curse had died after ten days, but... maybe she was resistant to the curse somehow? What else could explain why the ghost hadn't been making any noise inside of her, and why there were no marks on her stomach?
What happens next?
1) Eiko and Yayoi encounter the next angel and vanquish it successfully.
2) Despite what Yayoi just said- things being fine as long as Eiko doesn't ingest another Angel- they are ambushed by a second Angel, which also forces its way down her throat! Whoops!
3) As Eiko and Yayoi enter the house again... the two are separated!
