The other Angel reforms in Eiko!

As Yayoi was able to put the finishing touches on the Angel inside of Eiko's belly, there was a sudden groan as Yayoi stopped and they both looked at her belly.
"What was that?" Eiko asked but Yayoi looked at the Angel in Eiko's belly.
All of a sudden another face reformed in Eiko's belly as the first was pushed to the left side of Eiko's belly!
"What the hell!?!" Eiko yelled in shock.
"How can this be? This spiritual energy is the same from the one the spirit of the transitional period ate just moments before. Is it because of the amount of souls they devoured allows them to reform?" Yayoi thought for moment. Eiko notices Yayoi was deep in thought.
"Yayoi-chan? What are you going to do with this one?!?" Eiko asked her cousin in worry.
Yayoi snapped out of her thought, "Do the same as the other. Apparently, it can reform itself despite being killed by another spirit. This is quite a development." Yayoi explained. "Unless we capture the father and daughter or destroy that spiritual statue, they will continue reforming." Yayoi explained. "Of course, I will seal the other one inside of you for the time being. Given the fact that they seem less intelligent than other malevolent ghost. They have a one track mind of impregnating themselves into a female host."
"Okay.... Do it Yayoi!" Eiko said as she nodded. She had talked to Kentaro before hand and she was confident in her cousin's ability.
Yayoi then proceeded to strengthen the seal around the Eiko's belly as they watched the two Angels scream and contort around Eiko's belly. Yayoi takes out Nariti's finger on her fingerling and begins to jab the new Angel to weakening it!
Choice 1: Both Angels leap out of Eiko as Yayoi kills them with her spirit of transitional period. Only for a curse seal to appear on Eiko's belly!
Choice 2:Yayoi successfully tames both Angels as Eiko is safe.... for now!
Choice 3: Eiko begins to feel pain in Yayoi stabbing her with Nariti's finger! Yayoi and Eiko is shocked that the Angels had developed physical bodies so quickly!
Choice 4: Eiko and Yayoi watch as the two Angel's faces disappear from view!
Choice 5: More scenarios!
