The first thing Yayoi saw was her cousin's face, pouting unhappily. Which was fair... Yayoi was sure they'd find a way to fix this 'situation' eventually, but right now...
Well, Eiko was essentially stuck with full-term quadruplets in her uterus, with no way to get them out! Hopefully they wouldn't grow any larger, despite being nine-months along already...
The second thing Yayoi saw...
Well, it had her eyes widening in surprise.

"Eep! Y-Yayoi?" Eiko squealed as her cousin prodded one of the two enormous balloons of flesh resting on top of her huge, pale tummy. Eiko's blouse had burst open, the buttons failing to contain them, and her bra had ripped in half as well. Yayoi was still a bit too young to focus much on that sort of thing, but she realized she'd never seen a woman with boobs as big as Eiko's now.
Was Keitarou a boob man? Yayoi didn't know, and the whole nature of relationships was still somewhat foreign to her, but she hoped that Keitarou liked what he saw. Giant boobs weren't everyone's thing, and Yayoi knew that Eiko's heart would break if Keitarou rejected her.
Yayoi realized that it didn't just look like Eiko's boobs had inflated like balloons, her thighs looked thicker and stronger as well, and her butt and hips had gotten a lot bigger too- in fact, it looked like Eiko's clothes were on the verge of tearing apart!
Looks like her cousin would have to redo her entire wardrobe when they got home.
"Hmm. I think the energy inside of you, once purified, was converted directly into extra mass for your body. It should help your body support a belly of that size."
"It had better! I just hope I'm not 'too much woman' for Kei-kun now..." Eiko whined, slowly, awkwardly waddling along as Yayoi started walking back to their van.
1) Eiko and Yayoi leave the house and return to the others... who are all shocked at Eiko's appearance!
2) Eiko's tummy rumbles noisily on the drive back, so her and Yayoi stop for food first.
3) Something else?
