Staying over so Izuna can run some 'tests'

Izuna decide it was best to accompany Pear to her house to get a better idea what she was dealing with. It was nearby her place as she saw an old style Japanese house. There she met and greeted Pear's grandparents. Izuna found it strange as she couldn't sense an evil spirit or demon inside of the household. It didn't take long for her to reach Pear's room.
"Have a seat, Izuna-san." Pear said as she gestured her to a pillow which she sat seiza style.
Izuna had her school bag which had all of her tools. She couldn't use her fox spirit since it was inside of Pear's body. Using her spirit sense, she began to look at the unborn more closely.
" It's definitely undead but it isn't a zombie. It's more like a vampire." Izuna thought.
Pear was looking at Izuna nervously as Izuna was looking at her belly seriously. "So have you found anything yet, Izuna-san?" Pear asked, worriedly.
Izuna looked up at Pear and thought, "Can't tell her that's actually a vampire baby that's inside of her."
"Have you felt anemic as of late?" Izuna asked.
Izuna saw a confused look of Pear as Pear answered, "Only right now, yes. Why?"
Izuna took mental notes, "Nothing, it seems you have a unborn baby just needing a mother's womb." She lied but explained.
"So can you get this baby out of me?" Pear asked.
"It's kind of risky though." Izuna replied.
Pear turned a bit pale, "But don't worry, you'll be alright." Izuna followed up, trying to calm Pear.
"Hmmmmm...let's see what I can do." Izuna thought as she rummaged through her bag for something to help her out as Pear watched.
Choice 1; Izuna notices a small doll, omitting an evil aura.
Choice 2; Izuna notices a red, spirit like centipede.
Choice 3; Izuna begins the exorcism only for something to go wrong!
Choice 4; During the exorcism, the grandmother suddenly enters the room with tea and snacks, disrupting the exorcism!
Choice 5; more scenarios!
