Her mother was overjoyed as she hugged Saya. Saya was happy that her mother was happy that she accepted her request.
"Good. Then we'll get you prepped." Dr. Hiratsuka said.
"So what are you going to do?" Saya asked.
"Well, we are going to connect you two by your vagina's and inject a chemical that will force Sumiko's water to break. In turn, it will dump all placenta and other fluids into you which you lack. As the boy is being transferred we will ensure that the umbilical cord is cord and is taken inside of you.We will ensure that the unbirth/ transfer is successful though it will be the first." The doctor explained as she took a breath.
"So technically, with Sumiko's son's umbilical cord will connect with me meanwhile creating a womb for both of them. Then connecting Alice with an umbilical cord from me so she can be safe." Saya followed up on the doctor's explanation.
"Well in theory, Saya but it should work." the doctor said. "Oh and Sumiko's son will be your son now."
"Right..." Saya said.
They got Sumiko's body prepped up in a birthing position as they moved her body in front of Saya. Saya was once again laid back down with her mother by her side.
"Oof!" Saya grunted as she felt something press against her womanhood which was Sumiko's womanhood.
"We are injecting chemical to Sumiko, doctor." said a female nurse as Saya could see them injecting a clear liquid into Sumiko's IV.
It took a few minutes and then Sumiko's body jolted a bit as Saya felt liquid rush into her which caught her off guard.
"Whoa!" Saya said in surprised as she gripped her mother's hand.
Saya saw her belly slowly inflate as Alice's body was disappearing from view. Her blouse stretching as it became more and more round. As the fluids finished transfer, she felt something hard hit her cervix. Almost instantly her body reacted as it began to suck in Sumiko's son! Saya couldn't feel much due to the anesthesia though Saya could still feel Alice's movements which she believes she was swimming. There was bulge shifting from Sumiko's body and going into Saya's as her belly slowly grew larger.
Saya saw they were moving Sumiko's body away from her as it detached them from each other. Then there was a sound of something being cut as Saya then felt a cord being slurped up into her. Two nurses then cleaned up her lower body. Saya could see two bodies moving from within.
"So what do we do now, Doc?" Saya asked.
"We wait for the connection of Sumiko's child to you." the doctor said as she was watching her vitals.
