Saya was being prepped on a bed in a birthing position. It had been an hour as the doctor was startled by how fast Alice was regressing. The nurses were hustling with the medicines for Saya's unbirth of Alice who was now a year old baby. Bodyguards where guarding the door to prevent anyone from entering.

The doctor was carrying a now newborn Alice (though Alice still has her hair) as she cuddled with the doctor's chest. Her eyes were closed.
"Looks like we don't have time." the doctor said. "Are you ready, Saya?" she asked. She nodded.
The doctor lathered Alice in a soapy solution as she prepped her legs for insertion into Saya. Saya didn't feel anything and can't see anything due to her laying down with her skirt blocking her view. She felt something press against her vagina as the doctor gently pushed Alice's legs into Saya. Saya could feel her body react as it began to suck in slowly Alice's body. Her body made a motion of bucking back and forth as it sucked in Alice's body. Just in time for Yuriko to come in and witness it. Saya could feel Alice's body slowly make her way into her as she watched her stomach slowly bloat forward. Once Alice was fully inside, Saya could see the outline of Alice's infant body from underneath her blouse.
"Fascinating! Who knew that it was possible!" the doctor said.
"Are you all right, Saya? I'm so proud I'm gonna be a grandma!" Yuriko asked Saya.
"Yeah! It feels weird." Saya said as she rubbed her belly.
"But we're not out of the woods yet." the doctor said as a confused look on Saya's face said it all.
"What do you mean, doctor?" Saya asked.
"Just because the unbirth is successful doesn't mean your body will accept her." she answered.
"She has a point." Saya pouted.
