Ayaka struggled to lift her body up and sit on the edge of the reservoir. Ayaka checking her larger belly as she sighed in disbelief that now Setsuna and Kaede had joined with Konoka and Anya inside of her. Her belly now looking like she was carrying twins in the third trimester. Ayaka could see their body outlines through her vest.
Back to when the jumped into the water...
Ayaka, Setsuna and Kaede did their best to hold on to each other. Due to how strong the current was. Ayaka decided to hold them in each arm and keep their heads above water. As they were pushed into the water reservoir of the school, they bounced back from the wall as they lost hold of each other. During that time Kaede and Setsuna were feeling the effects of regression as they soon were newborn babies.
Ayaka who was disoriented as she spun around in the water, hadn't noticed that her body produced umbilical cords again! They quickly made their way to Kaede and Setsuna as they were sucked into Ayaka!

"Ergh.... I hope everyone else is alright....I still need to find out why they needed Konoka and Setsuna. I also need to contact Negi and report to what has happened. Hopefully, he can find a solution to this." Ayaka said to herself as she rubbed her belly.
Ayaka slowly stood up, cradling her belly as she used the wall as a support to help herself stand up. Still cradling her belly, she slowly made her way up the stairs and exited the reservoir room. Soaking wet, she was dripping water all over the floor as she made her way towards the dorms and to her room.
"Drat.... My phone got wet...." Ayaka mumbled in frustration. "Now I can't contact my kouhai but I did tell her to close up shop."
Ayaka was lucky that there was no one at the school as she finally made her way to the dorms. Her roommates also out, she would figure out how to explain her current situation. She got out of her wet clothing and took a quick bath. Feeling the warm water touch her body, she looked down at her large belly. She could see the body lines of her friends as they moved about. After drying her body with the largest towel she had that barely cover herself. She blow dried her hair as her belly sat on her thighs, Ayaka sat in front of her vanity table. She struggled with her underwear and decided to wear a long gown that went down to her knees. Before it would reach down to her ankles but now it was different. She posed a bit in a full length mirror, somewhat admiring her new form.
"I better message Negi Sensei and hopefully he will reply and come back quickly. Better explain to him in full detail." Ayaka said to herself.
She has ordered a lot of food and was able to hide herself from the delivery man. Ayaka was startled that she finished it so quickly. She then brewed some tea as she continued writing her report to her teacher. It was a good hour and a half as she noticed a message on her computer. It was from her kouhai stating she was closing up shop and was wondering where she was. Ayaka replied that she wasn't feeling well and deposit it into the store's bank account. She will look at it later and to message her all the sales.
Ayaka finished her report and sent Negi her email as she felt exhausted from today's events.
"Hopefully, I don't give birth to you four..." Ayaka said as she rubbed her belly.
Ayaka slowly stood up with the help of her desk and slowly made her way to her bed. It didn't take long for her to sleep.
