Sakura sees the brief frown that flits across his face, and the disappointed look in his eyes and her heart clenches. How can she possibly steal away his dream and claim to love him?
"You want to be the Hokage..." Sakura mutters sadly.
"What? I just said that I'm alright with living in your ass!"
"Duh Naruto. I knew you were going to answer that way, you're always putting me first...Please just open up to me and be honest. I won't get angry at you for anything you say, and I won't get offended or hurt either. I just want the honest truth Naruto. If you're hurting, don't shelter me from your pain. Share it with me... I want to help."
"Sakura...I know how happy you are to have me as your ass slave. Let's just drop this ok? You can keep me, I'll never resent you for it."
"We're not dropping this Naruto. Please... for once let me in..." Sakura begs as tears start to pool in her eyes.
"Sakura..."
"Please Naruto..."
"Fine. Sakura, I've had two dreams for the majority of my life. One is to be the greatest Hokage to ever live and gain the recognition and respect of the villagers that used to scorn me and treat me like trash; and the other, which is just as important to me, is to gain your love and acceptance. Living in your ass... I've achieved that dream Sakura-chan."
"You really put my love on the same level as your dream to become Hokage?" A shocked Sakura asks. She knows that Naruto has always loved her, but she didn't she meant THAT much to him.
"Of course Sakura-chan." Naruto answers softly with a smile. "So you can see why I don't want to leave your ass."
"And who says you have to be in my ass for me to love you?" Sakura asks gently.
"Well...you never really showed that you had any feelings for me deeper than friendship until I agreed to become your butt slave... So I just figured..."
"Well stop figuring. I love you Naruto, whether or not you call my ass home." Sakura interrupts as she cups Naruto's face. "So don't let that be a reason you give up your dream. I will always love you no matter what."
"But what about your dream Sakura?" Naruto shoots back.
"Naruto... I haven't been dreaming of shoving you up my ass and never letting you out since I was a little girl. I've only been dreaming of that for the past year or so."
Naruto's eyes bulge out of his skull. "YEAR? You've wanted to shove me up your ass for a year?"
"Probably a little longer than that." Sakura admits with a sheepish smile.
"But still..." Naruto presses as he gets over that little tidbit of information. "That doesn't make your dream any less important."
"Well... fine. Maybe so, but your dream is still more important. You would make a great Hokage, and would do a lot more good for Konoha as the Hokage than living in my butt."
"But would I do more good for you in your butt Sakura-chan? Konoha and its people are in my heart, but you have my heart. So I need to look after you first."
Sakura smiles softly at her boyfriend. "I will be happy no matter what, as long as I have you."
"But I know how much you like having me in you Sakura. Now that you've had me in your butt, could you really go back to normal?"
Sakura sighs. "I'm making you be honest with me... So I'll be honest with you. I don't know... I'll probably go crazy at first and I'll probably have to resist the urge to shove you up my ass... And you may even wake up one morning inside of my butt because I couldn't resist... But for you to achieve your dream of being Hokage, I think I could do it."
"Sakura... I don't want you being uncomfortable though."
Sakura strokes Naruto's cheeks with her thumbs. "It's ok Naruto. Really, I'll find a way to deal with it."
"I can't do it Sakura-chan. I like living in your butt, and I like knowing how happy I make you. I'm officially giving up my dream to be Hokage in favor of my new dream of spending the rest of my life in your ass.
Happy tears fall from Sakura's eyes.
