Sakura rests in the hospital as ordered, and after a couple of days she's feeling much better. The doctor finally releases her. She walks back to her apartment with Naruto still in her ass. She gets into her apartment and takes a deep breath.
"Ok Sakura... just remember... don't be selfish. You love him, he needs to be happy too..." Sakura reminds herself out loud. She strips down and starts taking a shower. Once the water is on, she pushes Naruto out of her ass who once again gawks at the city of the water trickling down her butt cheeks.
She doesn't say a word as she takes a bar of soap and starts washing him absentmindedly.
Naruto doesn't say anything as his girlfriend washes him. The look in her eyes tells him she's deep in thought about something. She doesn't look to be sad or hurt in any way, so he decides to let her tell him when she's ready. But he kept his peeled carefully to hers, the second she shows any sort of negative emotion he will step in...
After scrubbing Naruto with a bar of soap for five minutes, Sakura suddenly remembers that he's there.
"Oh shit, sorry Naruto... I kinda spaced out there..." Sakura apologizes with a nervous smile.
"It's ok Sakura-chan, now I'm REALLY clean." Sakura places Naruto in her cleavage and turns off the water and gets out of the shower. Her thoughts wander again as she walks towards her bedroom and she hardly pays attention to the three inch man in her cleavage who has blood trickling down his nose.
Sakura briefly ponders not getting dressed at all. Naruto has certainly seen her naked and she liked to let him see her naked... But that wouldn't make this a fair conversation. He would be too busy drooling over her to focus. She quickly puts on a pair of clothes and dresses Naruto in a tiny jumpsuit she had. Then placing her finger on him, Sakura returns a confused Naruto to normal size.
"Sakura?"
"Naruto... we need to talk."
"Sure Sakura-chan. What about?"
Sakura looks into the sapphire eyes that she's fallen in love with. "Your dream."
"Huh?"
"Your dream to become Hokage."
"Oh..." Naruto suddenly became very interested in the floor. "There's really not much to talk about Sakura."
"Yes there is Naruto. There's a lot to talk about."
"Sakura..."
"Stop Naruto. As I hope you know by now, I want you to be happy. I want you to be truly happy..."
"And I am Sakura-chan! I love living in your ass!"
Sakura rolls her eyes, but can't resist the small smile that forms on her face. "I know you do Naruto, and I love having you in my ass. But you've always wanted to be the Hokage. Are you really ok with giving that dream up to live in my butt for the rest of your life?" Sakura knows that Naruto is going to answer yes, so as she did in the past, watches his eyes carefully for his true reaction.
"Of course I am!"
