As soon as Naruto carried Sakura into her house, she directed the two into her living room where to scrolls were laying out unfurled.
Sakura got out of Naruto's arms and guided him to her couch where she plopped down against him and handed him the scroll on the left. "Read this."
Naruto's eyes started scanning the scroll and he instantly recognized Tsunade's messy handwriting. It appeared to be directions for some kind of scroll that... "What the..." Naruto mumbled.
Naruto carefully started reading the section that explained what the scroll would do.
The scroll is actually a shrinking contract. Whoever creates the scroll will be able to shrink whoever signs the contract in their blood at will. This is permanent as long as the contract exists. The effects of the contract become permanent within the signees body if they remain under contract for one full week, and the creator of the scroll will be able to shrink the signee at will for the rest of their lives regardless if the contract is destroyed or not.
"WHAT???" Naruto gasped in surprise. Now he was really nervous, Sakura had specifically made their bet for one week... Surely she couldn't be planning...
A giggle from his side brought his attention back to Sakura who was flashing him a smug smile. She handed him the second scroll.
"I'm sure you can figure out what this is."
Naruto gulped.Please don't be the shrinking contract, please don't be the shrinking contract, please don't be the shrinking contract... Naruto repeated his prayer in his mind as he started reading the second scroll....it was the shrinking contract. Naruto's face dropped. He loved Sakura but he didn't want her to be able to shrink him whenever she pleases for the rest of their lives!
"Eh, this is a pretty nice contract you made Sakura-chan, good work. Now why don't I get started on cleaning your house? I know that's why you made the bet." Naruto said nervously. He went to stand up but Sakura pushed him back down into her couch.
"Sign it."
"How about I sign it tomorrow? I'm going to need all of today to make this place completely spotless."
"I didn't make the bet so you can clean my house Naruto." Sakura purred. The way she was looking at him was like a predator staring at its prey.
"Why do you want to shrink me anyways? I'm a lot more useful to you at my full size." Naruto nervously replied.
"I've got some ideas..." Sakura said with a cryptic smile. Seeing the look of fear on his face, Sakura decided she had played with Naruto enough. She didn't want him to be scared. She chose him to sign this contract for a reason, she could've tricked any guy, and probably any girl into signing it, but she chose Naruto. She leaned forward and wrapped him in a gentle hug.
"I think you're going to enjoy this overall." Sakura whispered reassuringly. "And you can trust me, I care about you Naruto, I won't hurt you. Now sign the contract for me."
Still slightly scared, Naruto bit his thumb and signed his name in blood. Sakura smiled at him and kissed him softly on the cheek.
"Good boy." The way Sakura whispered that... it was like she was talking to a pet. Sakura broke from the hug she had Naruto in and smiled.
"One section you missed when reading Tsunade's scroll, this contract is an advanced type of summoning contract, so I can now summon you to me whenever I want!"
Naruto nodded. He still couldn't believe it. Sakura had really outsmarted him this time and now he was at her mercy for the rest of her life.
"Ok, let's see how well this thing works!" Sakura said with an excited grin. Naruto gulped nervously for the hundredth time since losing the bet.
Sakura looked at him and suddenly Naruto felt himself start to shrink, his clothes didn't shrink with him and in a matter of seconds he went from being 5'7 fully clothed, to 3 inches tall and naked. Sakura picked him out of his clothes and grinned at him.
"Perfect! And wow Naruto, Sai really doesn't know what he's talking abut does he?" Sakura teased as she looked at Naruto's very present dick.
Naruto covered himself in embarrassment, even though he would normally kill for a chance to have Sakura staring at his dick.
Sakura giggled at Naruto's reaction. This was going to be so fun!
