Tsunade Explains Sakura's Binding

"No, you can unbind him when your body no longer has his in it." Tsunade explained.
"But, his body gave me these." Sakura said as she cupped her breasts. Naruto's eyes widened at the sight. He hadn't noticed the changes in Sakura's body until just now. She was perfect before, but now she was even more perfect...
"Right, but the part of Naruto's body that became fat on your breasts is now part of your body now." Tsunade explained. "They're no longer Naruto. But Naruto was your food." She looked at Sakura expectantly. Sakura was her pupil, she had groomed the girl to surpass her.
"Our body never fully utilizes food." Sakura said as a look of understanding suddenly dawned on her. "There's always waste. So...Naruto is bound to me until I squeeze him out of my butt?"
Tsunade smiled. "Exactly."
Still held tightly in Sakura's grip, Naruto stared back and forth in between the two women while they talked about him as if he wasn't there.
"I'm so relieved I can unbind him." Sakura sighed in relief which caused Naruto to frown. Apparently she didn't like the idea of him being around...she would rather have him be gone forever.
"Right. Well, until you can unbind Naruto, you might not want to walk around the village. The sight of a soul floating around might freak people out, not to mention we don't know what kind of lingering effects the Kyubi's infection might have on people. I can feel that my hunger is gone, but some individuals may hold onto a residual desire to eat Naruto, and if they eat his soul..."
"Wait... I can still be eaten?" Naruto gasped. "Come on! Isn't once enough?!"
"If he's bound to me, how can someone else eat him Tsunade-sama?" Sakura asked.
"Ah that's a good point you've picked up on Sakura. Naruto, try to float back into Sakura's stomach." Sakura let Naruto out of her grip and Naruto flew down, and bounced off of Sakura's stomach.
"What the hell?" Naruto gasped.
"That's how Sakura is able to hold you. You're bound to her body, so you can't pass through it. Now try to float over here to me." Tsunade was standing about five feet away from Naruto and Sakura. Naruto started floating but found that he couldn't move any further after he got two feet away from Sakura.
"What the hell is going on?" Naruto was starting to get frustrated. So now he's a ghost who can't fly through things and can't go anywhere? How lame!
"Since you're bound to Sakura, you can't go more than two feet away from her in any direction." Tsunade explained.
"Then he should be safe from being eaten." Sakura reasoned. "If he can't get any further from two feet away from me, not only will I be able to protect him, but if anyone does eat him they won't be able to get away.
"You would think that wouldn't you? Unfortunately that's not the case. This is a tricky jutsu." Tsunade walked up to Naruto and smiled at him. "Now Naruto, don't freak out. I'm going to eat you right now as an example. I know how to protect you when you're in my stomach, and I know how to get you out of it."
"Umm... right." Naruto replied nervously. Tsunade hadn't given him a reason to doubt her yet, so Naruto just waited for her to eat him.
"Now as you can see," Tsunade waved her hand through Naruto's body. "I can't physically touch Naruto. He's a spirit after all. But, once I get him in my mouth..." Tsunade placed her mouth over Naruto's ghost tail and sucked his spirit into her mouth. Her tongue assaulted his spirit before she took a big gulp, sending him down to her belly. "I can swallow him. Spirit's naturally materialize when they're inside of a chakra user. Now as to your theory about not being able to get away..." Tsunade calmly walked out of the room with Naruto's soul still in her belly.
"You can see that it doesn't actually work. Once Naruto's soul materialized in my mouth the effects of you binding him were lost."
"So he's not bound to me any more?"
"When he's in my stomach like this? No. But..." Tsunade focused her chakra around Naruto and used it to guide his soul up her throat and out of her open mouth. She waved her hand through his body again, just like she had before she ate him.
"As soon as he's out of me, the effects of your binding return."
"So if I'm not careful, someone could get close to me and eat Naruto's soul..." Sakura deduced.
Tsunade beamed in pride. "That's right."
"I understand..." Sakura walked forward and grabbed Naruto's soul. Not that she didn't trust her master, but now that Sakura knew the danger he was in, she just felt a lot better having him in her grip.
