Sakura started to panic when she felt what she knew was Naruto's soul ram desperately against her stomach walls. When he yelled for her to get him out of there, she wanted to. But she had no idea how. You can't just vomit a soul up...and even if she could, if she freed Naruto she would free the Kyubi as well.
Then Naruto stopped his panicked batterings and Sakura just had a feeling that everything was going to be ok. She smiled and rubbed her now flat stomach.
"Enjoy getting digested Kyubi bitch." Sakura said sweetly.

Inside Sakura's Stomach

Naruto watched in sick amusement as Sakura's stomach acids went to work on the Kyubi. For some reason the Kyubi's soul was in its woman form. He was surprised that they weren't affecting him. It looked like Sakura's jutsu worked after all, just not exactly how he and Sakura had originally thought it would.
"You stupid mortal!" The Kyubi rasped in pain. "How dare you allow this to happen to me! I allowed you to borrow my power. This pink-haired bitch is only alive because I let you use my power to summon that giant frog!"

Sakura's eyes widened in surprise when she suddenly heard the Kyubi's voice. She could hear it as plain as day. She smiled when she heard Naruto's strong voice reply.

With Naruto and Kyubi

"First off, I took your power, you didn't let me borrow it. Second, Gamabunta is a toad, not a frog. Third, and this one is most important, you will not call the woman I love a bitch." Naruto replied without a hint of fear in his voice.
The Kyubi snorted. "How can you defend the woman who ate you? You would still be alive if it wasn't for her, but instead thanks to her pathetic jutsu you are trapped in her belly for all eternity."
"Sakura ate me because you infected her don't forget. Neither of us would be in this situation if it weren't for you. So I don't blame Sakura for my death, I blame you. If anything, she's a hero. She is destroying the most powerful and evil demon to walk this world forever. If she hadn't eaten me, then I would've been eaten by someone else who would not have been able to digest souls, and I would've failed the most important job my father left me with- to protect the world from you. Sakura is helping me complete my most important task."
The Kyubi snarled, but it wasn't from anger, it was pain. Sakura's stomach acids were making quick work of the Kyubi's soul, and only about half of its body remained undigested. Although Sakura's stomach acids were quickly eating away at the top half.
The Kyubi let loose an ear-piercing scream of agony as Sakura's stomach continued digesting it. When only it's head remained, it gave Naruto a look filled with pure hatred.
"NARUTOOOOOOOOOOOO!" It's final scream was so loud that it could be heard by the entire village. Villagers somehow just knew that Naruto had finally defeated the Kyubi.
And then the Kyubi was no more. Naruto gaped in amazement. He had just watched Sakura's stomach digest the most powerful demon in the world. When his dad fought the Kyubi and determined it was impossible to kill a chakra demon, he must not of known about the awesome power of a pretty girl's belly.

Sakura had listened in amazement as Naruto defended her honor before the Kyubi. She couldn't believe how much he loved and respected her. She was going to miss him once he was gone.
After the Kyubi's final scream and Sakura felt her stomach finish digesting its soul, Sakura was overjoyed to still feel Naruto's soul inside of her stomach.
"Naruto, are you ok in there?"
"I'm fine Sakura!" Naruto replied brightly.
"Thank kami." Sakura sighed in relief. She would've hated herself for the rest of her life if she actually digested Naruto's soul. "Why don't you try coming out again? Maybe my stomach wasn't letting you because the Kyubi was in there with you."
"Alright... here I go!" Sakura smiled brightly as she saw the small ghostly form of her delicious teammate come out of her belly. She instantly snatched up the tiny soul which she guessed was about 6 inches big.
"Huh? How are you touching me?" A stupefied Naruto asked.
"She accidentally bound your soul to her." Tsunade's voice spoke up. The Hokage had come rushing when she heard the Kyubi's scream.
"Oh no! So he's stuck like this forever?" Sakura asked sadly. She felt bad for doing this to Naruto, she knew he was looking forward to seeing his mom again.
"Well..." Tsunade started.
