In Kameko’s cupped hand, Naruto slumped against her fingers, which surrounded him so he wouldn’t fall off. Since as long as he could remember, people had treated him differently because they feared he was the reincarnation of the evil Nine-Tail-Fox. Since learning of their fears, Naruto had taken strides to keep people from ever associating him with the destructive force inside of him. He didn’t want anyone to remember the gigantic beast that tore through the village years ago when they looked at him.
“Run!” Screamed one villager on the street bellow, before taking his own advice and dashing off.
“Aaahh! A monster!” Screamed a woman, who had stuck her head out her four-story bedroom window.
“Flee! The Kybuki brat has brought a demon to our village!” This person was standing on a rooftop, pointing a finger at a very miserable Naruto.
Naruto hid his face in his hands, wishing silently that he’d summoned a smaller deity to help him. As soon as they had gotten rid of two of his stalkers, him and his ten-story protector had rushed towards the Leaf village with the plan to confront Shizune at the Hokage headquarters. Mind you, Hokage HQ was located in the center of the village and to get to it, they had to walk through the streets of the quaint ninja village. The people living there might have missed a few crazy ninja jumping around all night hunting Naruto, but they weren’t blind enough to ignore the thunderous footsteps Kameko made every time she took put her two-ton foot down. Now, everyone was up, pointing and screaming at the giantess Naruto had brought into the village. A low groan came rumbled from Naruto, when this was over, he was now going to be known as the container for the Kybuki, who also associated with giants.
“Like, these people are so rude,” Kameko said in a huff. “It’s like they have never seen a totally big babe before.”
“Maybe they would be more polite if you stopped smashing things!” Naruto screamed; jumping to his feet and pointing to the destruction Kameko was leaving in her wake. Building now had massive cracks in their sides from where Kameko had bumped into them. Carts and wagons from where merchants sold their goods were now timber thanks to Kameko’s careless steps. Even the streets were showing damage from Kameko’s massive feet coming down on them. Kameko took in the damage with an apprehensive look on her pretty face.
“Well, oops. But you see this is like not such a bad thing. Now you can revamp your whole village, the whole feudal era style of living is so last Wednesday.” Kameko giggled softly and Naruto slapped his forehead. The only good thing was that Kameko hadn’t stepped on anyone, yet.
“This is weird,” Naruto said as they neared the Hokage head office. The screaming and running had decelerated as people saw that Kameko was just causing property damage, not killing anyone. Without their cries and screams, the village had become eerily silent again.
“What’s wrong little dude? I thought you didn’t like all those looky loos bugging us.”
“It’s not that, I’m just confused about why none of my stalkers had tried to get me. I mean, I’m walking into town on a hundred foot woman’s hand, I can’t make myself any more visible if I put a big neon sign over my head.” Naruto hadn’t seen any one of the stalkers he had already identified out of the crowd. That’s not to say he couldn’t be sure he hadn’t seen one of them. Just because people were paying more attention to Kameko them him, didn’t mean they didn’t want to eat him.
“Maybe I scared them all off. I mean, I am totally scary and whatnot.” Kameko made a scary face, but it looked more like she was checking if something was caught in her teeth. Rolling his eyes at the weak display, Naruto continued to look for anyone that might come after him. When they were standing in front of the Hokage headquarters, Naruto did see someone, glaring down at him from the very top of the huge building.
