As hilarious as it was to watch Shikimaru get sucked on by Kameko as if he were a piece of candy, the torture of the lazy ninja did little to answer the more important questions. Who was controlling the stalkers? The nine tailed fox mentioned that she had infected one person with her chakra, who in turn infected the others and turned them into cannibalistic maniacs.
He had to find the ringleader.
"Kameko, can you take him out of there? I need to ask that bum some questions."
The giddy goddess nodded, spitting him out onto her hand and into a rather tight grip. Shikimaru was only offered a moment's respite before the constricting pressure of the giantesses' fingertips began to cause his ribs to buckle.
"Who sent you?"
"Kiss my ass!" the normally calm Shikimaru yelled, only to be reminded of his situation by even tighter pain on his ribs.
"That's totally not cool," Kameko lectured, even as she began squeezing the life out of Shikimaru. "You should tell him."
"OK, fine, Shizune! Shizune sent me!"
"Shizune?" Naruto asked. So Sakura was right after all. Despite the fact that she was a cannibal and a two-timing slut, every name she had mentioned to him was correct.
"She's not in charge. She just told me that she was taking orders from the head in charge. That's it, I swear!"
The names Sakura had mentioned earlier flashed in his memory. He had his suspects, but that wasn't important. He needed to find out where Shizune was. The head stalker was probably there as where.
"Where's Shizune hiding?" Naruto asked with increasing impatience.
"I don't know. Probably in some secret volcano lair."
It took merely a passing glance at Kameko to cause Shikimaru to speak the truth. "The basement of the Hokage manor!"
"That's impossible," Naruto countered. "There was an explosion at the manor. I should know. I caused it."
"The basement," Shikimaru replied. "It's three feet below the ground and protected by steel. It's built as a fallout shelter, so if Shizune hid there, the Hokage wouldn't know she were there.
"Just like the tower," Naruto nodded, thinking of his earlier stay in that shelter.
"OK, so, now what?" Kameko asked, dangling Shikimaru towards her face. "He like, totally lost any flavor a while ago."
"We need to make sure he doesn't come after me," Naruto answered. "Her too," he added, pointing towards Sakura's fallen form.
"But um, where do we put them?" she asked. Naruto began looking around the shrine for a brief moment until he found exactly what he needed, two large vases near the altar.
"Can you put them in here?" he asked Kameko.
"Will they fit?" she wondered.
"Who cares?"
And so, after a few minutes of fumbling and difficulty squeezing Sakura's head inside the hole to the smaller vase, the two ninjas were successfully trapped inside, their legs sticking out much like Shikimaru's earlier. To ensure neither could escape, Kameko put both vases near the opened roof, ensuring that if they did move, the ensuing fall would prevent either of them from giving chase to Naruto.
