With speed, drawn from terror and desperation, Naruto pushed anything heavy in front of the front door to keep anyone from getting in. He could hear whos-her-face still screaming outside, not complaining about her injuries, but rather more furious that he escaped her clothes. Normally, Naruto would feel bad about disappointing a lady, nevertheless, he could care less that the sand psycho was upset.
“How the hell is this possible?” Naruto gasped, pushing Keiji’s desk in front of the door. “I thought there was only one person in the village that knew the Dolcett jutsu?”
“What are you talking about?” Keiji asked, whipping the sweat from his brow. This wasn’t part of hi job description. Hiding patients from crazy fan girls that want to eat them was not what he ever dreamed he’d be doing. Why the hell did he ever agree to take Naruto’s case in the first place? Oh now he remembers, Kakashi offered to loan him his latest copy of Make Out Paradise if he saw the brat. After all this, that book better be bestseller material.
“Dolcett were these mercenaries guys from a while ago. Shizune told me the whole story about them eating people and carrying those weird skewer things. I don’t remember everything she told me, but I’m positive that she only mentioned one person in the whole village that knew the jutsu to eat people that the Dolcett used.” Naruto stopped talking and listened, the sand check was no longer screaming. She’d either given up and crawled back home or had gone silent so she could sneak in. Without any noise, Naruto starting getting antsy. He’d only seen four of the twenty-three stalkers. Somewhere out there, nineteen girls were hungering for him and, even thought that sounded good, Naruto feared running into even one of them.
“I know what the Dolcett are and there jutsu, everyone does. The record of the Dolcett and their techniques is taught in academy every year. It’s even part of the final test,” Keiji hissed. He remembered studying the Dolcetts in school when he was still an academy student. He’d aced the test on them and still remembered much of what he’d studied.
“Then why haven’t I heard about them?” He couldn’t remember ever hearing the word Dolcett until today. You’d think a group of mercenaries that ate people would be something he remembered.
“Because you’re a crappy student that spent more time painting mustaches on the Hokages in the mountain, then you did studying.” Keiji said in anger. The kids getting stalked by someone wanting to eat him for weeks and it only occurs to him today to check if theirs a jutsu to allow a person to eat another person.
“Hey, hey, no need to get pissed. Not my fault I got a short attention span.” Naruto crossed his arms over his chest. What did this quack think of him? That he was some kind of moron who couldn’t eat and walk at the same time? He was a highly skilled ninja that maybe didn’t think something through, but at least had good instincts.
“You know, if your going to barricade yourselves in, you should at least lock the back door.” Someone suggested from behind Naruto.
“Good idea, Doc” Naruto told Keiji, who was standing right in front of him. He blinked, something was wrong. The voice was coming from behind him, but Keiji was in front of him. It took Naruto a couple of seconds to realize, there was a third person in the room.
And the moron award goes to…Naruto!
