"Sakura, good to...see you." Kakashi hesitated when he noticed the large bulge in his former student's stomach. "So you actually went through with it..." Kakashi muttered with a disappointed frown.
"Not only that, but she's agreed to give the entire bounty to Konoha!" Tsunade crowed.
"I just wanted my meal, I don't care about the money." Sakura lied with a large grin. "And he was delicious."
"Right... Well Sai and I are here for the mission briefing Hokage-sama. Are you going to be joining us Sakura?"
"No, Sakura just had a large meal and she needs to rest to let that meal digest properly." Tsunade grinned. "Go on Sakura, go enjoy your meal."
Sakura grinned at Tsunade. "I definitely will. I'll make sure to crap him out into a jar so you can hand him over to the Mizukage."
"Good girl." Tsunade chuckled. "Now shoo shoo!"
Sakura nodded and quickly walked out of the Hokage's Office, and then out of the Hokage's Tower. She had never been so relieved to leave. She could tell that Naruto was starting to worry inside of her stomach because he was starting to squirm around a little bit.
"Be a good meal and stop squirming Naruto." Sakura barked. She wished she could've been a little more comforting, but she couldn't blow her cover. Not when they were so close to escaping...
She walked back to her house as fast as she could without looking suspicious. She was just running out of chakra when she reached her front door. Without her chakra, Sakura couldn't protect Naruto from being digested by her greedy stomach. She hurried inside, shut and locked her door, then sprinted to her bathroom where she proceeded to finally let her boyfriend out of her stomach.
"Finally! I thought you were really going to keep me in there for a while Sakura-chan!" Naruto breathed in relief.
"Oh? I thought you kind of wanted to be eaten by me." Sakura smirked. "You just got to fulfill your fantasy. A thank you would be nice. Not only did I just save your life, but after eating one of the most delicious morsels I've ever had, I let you go."
"Errr... right. Thanks for that Sakura." Naruto nervously replied. "But now what?"
"Well... Karin wants to come out, so come on over here." Sakura commanded as she sat down on the toilet. Naruto obeyed the beautiful goddess who's stomach he had just been trapped in and knelt down by her so he could watch her squeeze Karin's remains out of her perfect ass.
"Here...she...comes." Sakura grunted as she started squeezing Karin's new "body" out of her ass. "Just think Naruto, this could've been you."
Just as he had when Sakura expelled Hinata, Naruto watched in fascination as Sakura shit out what used to be a woman who wanted to eat him. He knew that he could easily have been that shit that Sakura was getting rid of. Sakura could've easily kept him and turn him into just another pile of crap to be flushed down the toilet...
Sakura finished getting rid of Karin and wiped herself clean.
"Hmm, looks like she went to my thighs." Sakura mused as she slapped her now slightly thicker thighs. "Why couldn't she have gone to my breasts like Hinata?" She added with a sigh.
"You look very beautiful Sakura." Naruto pointed out.
"Mmhmm. You keep saying that Naruto, and I'm not complaining."
"Well I'll keep saying it. But what do we do now? Do I just hide away in your house for the rest of our lives so no one ever finds out that I'm actually alive?"
"Nah. We have all your money in one handy scroll. We're going to be leaving this village behind. We'll run together, and anyone that comes after you will end up as fat on my ass." Sakura slapped her round ass for added effect.
"But... are you sure you're ok with running Sakura? Leaving Konoha behind? Becoming a traitor?"
"Konoha itself is a traitor for what Tsunade is allowing happen to you, and of course I'm ok with leaving. You'll be much safer on the run than you will be hiding here in my house."
"If you're sure..."
"I'm..."
*knock knock knock*
"Again?!" Sakura groaned. "Why can't people just leave me alone..."
Sakura pulled her pants up and went to answer her door to see who was interrupting her now.
