Harley goes down

The last time that Raven saw Harley Quinn was just three days before the apocalypse. Harley had helped out when a minor villain had somehow invaded the Titan Tower. The villain was called....uh, Control Freak and he had a supped-up remote control that could do extraordinary things. It had been Harley, in fact, that had knocked the villain out while he was busy delivering the standard villain monologue.
Three days before the apocalypse happened was when Raven was battling for control of herself. Raven's demon side had risen up, causing Raven to act way out of character. Raven was especially cruel towards Control Freak when he was being hauled off to the police. What Raven did to Control Freak was...unforgivable and unmentionable; to say the bare minimum, Control Freak would definitely think twice before using his special remote again.
Harley had spent the rest of the day at the tower much to the annoyance of most of the Teen Titans.
Harley Quinn grinned at the towering demon Raven from the Mobius Chair. Harley was wearing her usual attire and not her harleyquin outfit that she had worn during her time with the Joker. As Raven watched, Harley blew out a bubble from her mouth via the bubblegum she was obviously chewing on. The bubble reached the size of her head before it popped and covered her face in gum. Harley lazily waved a hand and the gum vanished from her still grinning face. That's when Raven noticed that Harley's eyes were glowing with a bright light and it appeared that Harley had no pupils. Harley moved the chair closer to Raven while scratching a spot on her bare midriff.
"Harley Quinn?!" asked Raven.
"The one and only" replied Harley and made a mock courtesy in the chair.
"How on Earth did you get yourself on the Mobius Chair?!" asked Raven.
"It's all thanks to your demon daddy," said Harley. "six months after the world went to shit, Four Eyes reached the city I was hiding out in and had a little feast to celebrate his triumph over the New Gods. I was one of the thousands of people that ended up as demon chow.
I was swimming in Trigon's stomach trying to look for a way back out when I found this chair; it was just floating above the acid. I grabbed it and pulled myself out of the acid and took a seat. I didn't know what it was. All I did know is that it was a way from being digested in a demon's tummy. And, tah-dah, that gave birth to New God Harley!"
"Why was that--" started Raven.
"I'm getting there," said Harley as she blew out another bubble. This bubble was twice the size of Harley's head when it finally popped.
"Oh, a new record!" Harley shouted in glee while clapping her hands together like a school girl.
"Harley...." growled Raven. When Raven growled it echoed for miles around. Harley backed up the chair several feet away.
"I'm getting there," said Harley. "hold your britches! Not that you have britches but you know what I mean"
Raven rolled all four eyes. She had a desire to just eat the former minion of the Joker. Perhaps later.
"Your demon daddy went after Apokolips first," explained Harley. "Darkseid had this chair in his possession. No idea where Metron is or what happened to him. This here chair refuses to tell me a thing about it. Safe to say that Metron is probably dead.
Darkseid was on the verge of finding that anti-life equivalent thing when Triggy showed up and everything went to hell, literally. That demon decided it was best to eat the chair and the New Gods to have them out of the way. And that's how yours truly became a god"
"You do know that the New Gods aren't---or rather, weren't--actually gods" said Raven. "they just had superior technology and had far superior bodies than the average citizen of this dimension"
Harley waved an impatient hand. "Details, details. I'm much more interested in you. I thought you were one of the good guys, Raven-Braven"
Raven didn't answer right away. In the silence that followed Harley blew out another bubble.
"You gonna answer me or not?" asked Harley.
"I was never, as you say, one of the good guys" said Raven. "I was the daughter of a demon that was obsessed with power. I'm the reason that Trigon came here to conquer and corrupt. He used me as a portal to get here"
"So," said Harley slowly. "after you overthrew Triggy, you decide to....what? Play the part of a demon? You have the power to reverse this you know, unlike me. There's plenty of stuff in my life that I would change in an instant but, even though I can travel back in time with this chair, it won't allow me too. It doesn't like me to be...proactive, you might say"
Raven sighed deeply, and said; "As the apocalypse approached, Trigon did his best to corrupt me and to appeal to my demon side in any way he could. I started to see things in a demon's point of view. It's really none of your business, Harley. All that you need to know is that I like ruling over these.... maggots"
"Oh," said Harley. "you're using the old " blame my upbringing " chestnut to remain this way?"
"The Earth is mine now" said Raven. "as is countless worlds"
Harley glanced at the city down below. "Shouldn't they be all worshipping you if the Earth is yours? You don't mandate that; that tells me there's still good in you, Raven"
"So, you sat down in that chair and you were able to hide away from my father?" asked Raven.
"This chair knows plenty of hiding spots" replied Harley. "it took me to really neat places that are out of space and time. I kept an eye on ol' Triggy until you overthrew him. I tried coming back here but this chair wants me as a passive observer and nothing more. I'm sorta bending the rules even speaking to you"
"Sounds like the chair is controlling you instead of you controlling it" said Raven.
"It's definitely a balancing act" said Harley nodding sagely. "but I wouldn't want to give it up; I don't need to eat or sleep. The chair provides me with everything I need"
Raven smiled cruelly at Harley. Harley, to her credit, didn't back off or looked all that worried. She just chewed gum.
"Speaking of needing to eat" said Raven.
"Oh pul-lease" said Harley rolling her eyes. "I wouldn't make a mouthful"
Raven opened her mouth wide and absolutely everything started to get sucked into her mouth; buildings, people, trees, even some of the land itself. Harley tried to escape but before she could open up a boom tube, she was sucked into the mouth of Raven at a tremendous speed. The whole city ended up going into Raven's open mouth.
Raven finally closed her mouth and a tremendous belch echoed across the countryside.
