It is much too early to say anything specific, but one thing is clear: when her first child returns, he will not come alone.
Paula felt indescribably giddy over these news; after 17 years she finally had a chance to experience a proper pregnancy!
And she did indeed; over the coming months, Paula felt in her gut, both physically and metaphorically, how her future children developed in a way that she never felt the first time she carried James.

Paula had up until this point chosen to not be told about the genders of her babies, as it was one surprise she didn't want spoiled. Her heart was therefore understandably beating quite hard as the doctor informed her...
