A smart person would not take the hormones. A smart person would let things turn out as they will. When the week, and spring break, drew to a close, Paula chose to call James's school and tell them that her son had moved to a relative out on the country side, for the sake of his health. After all, Paula had a very good feeling about this. A good feeling that only increased as her bouts of nausea became more and more frequent.
When eight weeks had passed since James's..."unplanned health trip" began, Paula decided to get herself checked up and consequently received unexpected, but not unwelcome news.
