Tod the squishy boy

Tod walks in. This place was probably not ideal. He swears he once saw a young squishy child getting sat on by a fat old woman who seemed to do it on purpose, but it was so long ago he ignored it; the thought still lingers in his head.
The manager walks up to him. She was the stereotype of an entitled manager, in her late 40's, never doing much with her life, making them bitter and demanding, wanting perfection from her employees while doing nothing but micromanaging and giving in to Karens, a lot of whom are her friends and relatives.
"Ah, I remember you, you're that squishy boy," she says, annoyed. "Hello, Sammy", he said, annoyed. "Only the employees I like get to call me Sammy; remember, it's Sam," she says, annoyed.
"Okay, Kristen will show you your tasks." Kristen comes in, the co-manager, and shockingly, he is a femboy- well, close enough anyway; the way he dresses and acts just screams femboy. He takes Tod along to show him the ropes while Sammy walks back to her office. She sits down and opens a drawer; inside is a document for Tod. It is common for employees to sign documents; however, there was one little checkbox that could have a big effect on Tod.
If he checked it, it means that he can be used as compensation- basically being partially owned by the company, he could quit whenever he wants, but if he doesn't get the chance to take the proper steps, he could be put in a bad situation, maybe even get sued, which can result in him being a full slave. The main advantage is better opportunities for job growth and wage increase, as well as slightly better pay.
