Tod considers his options and decides that he might as well go out and enjoy his freedom. He gets up to consider his options. He could go to a popular attraction, maybe the zoo, though he remembered the last time he was there, he almost got eaten by a giraffe. There is also the amusement/water park. He remembers that time mom and her 2 friends took him and one of her friends “accidentally”  squished him, thought he was a towel, and used him for the entire thing, even brought him home for a few days, that was not fun.

He could try the local park, it is your average large park, containing play grounds, a baseball field, other sport areas, a river used for fishing, and the infamous wishing bear statue, which is rumored to be cursed by evil ghost, and if you leave a squishy in the mouth of said bear, the ghost will steal the tiny and give the person who left the tiny their bad luck.

He could also go to the rec center, there has to be something to do, swimming, basketball, chess, IDK, something.

There are also things like aquariums, museums, maybe the strip club, with his girlfriend's permission, of course.
