Before releasing her Tiny Tim from the pocket of her army uniform, Ming bit her lip. Tim Thompson had been pleasantly surprised when Ming had chosen him as a boyfriend. On the one hand, he was introverted and less of a stud than many of his classmates. But Ming had chosen him with a suitable pocket pet in mind. He was a witty and funny companion. If she revealed to him, what had happened, then his timidity and desire for a woman's affection could be easily be used to train him to be a docile pet in short order.

On the other hand, revealing to him her betrayal of him and reduction of him to be a shrunken test subject would break his heart. Certainly he would be a less perky pocket pet. She could say that she was a rogue agent, trying to save him from her superiors to allay any suspicions and insist that he stay hidden to help her protect him. That would have the added advantage that he would insist in staying in her pocket to avoid detection. With enough affection and gestures of affection, he would eventually become a perky sidekick to a kind and loving mistress.

Making her decision, she fished out of her pocket and held in front of her face and in the palm of her hand.
