Art updates:
- Stories now have default cover arts generated automatically.
- If a story didn't already have a cover art, it has one now.
- This should help distinguish between stories in lists and search results. Previously, they would have had the same blank cover art. Now they're different.
- The default user avatar generation was also updated.
- Existing users are not affected.
- I can regenerate your avatar if you want, just ask!
Layout updates:
- Moved the header nav links a little. "Write" doesn't really belong to the "stories/categories/etc" section. On mobile it's now accessible from your avatar.
- Some slight streamlining on the story and chapter pages
- Changed the tag/category pages for better flow
- We have a little tagline now
