Sasuke could only look, still trapped in Ino's hand as her face got closer and closer. The fear that ran through his body was something he hadn't experienced in a long long time, not due to Ino's threat, but because by now he should be able to tap into his chakra and be able to use a substitution jutsu, or his sharingan, or anything, but he felt nothing at all. Whatever Ino's forbidden jutsu did, it was blocking his chakra so effectively even in what he felt was a life threatening situation there was no reaction at all. 

"L-let me go now, stupid girl" Sasuke growled, doing a perfect job hiding his fear with anger but not daring to look up, not daring to see the futility of her efforts reflected on those giant light blue eyes.

"Have you ever kissed a girl Sasuke?" Ino completely ignored his tantrum and put the tiny ninja close to her mouth.

"Ugh" Sasuke caught some of the breath from Ino as she spoke and wondered how he never noticed she was so.. unhygienic, the closer she moved him towards her the more rancid it smelled. He continued to squirm but finally gave up and shook his head, the only thing he caused with his struggles was a series of tiny amused snickers from his giant captor.

"Awesome!" Ino shouted, delivering a gust of moist air that reminded Sasuke of expired pudding and a volume that made him scream in pain

"Oops, sorry" Ino whispered, in a tone that made it clear she wasn't that concerned "Your first kiss, all mine" Ino giggled "finally"

"Can you just.. what are you hmphh" Sasuke was still dazed and didn't manage to bargain for anything as the giant mouth got closer to him and Ino's lips engulfed his entire face. Still trapped in her hand, he couldn't do anything at all as Ino had her way with him.

"Mmmm" Sasuke heard the satisfied moan as he stood in place enduring the assault and trying not to think of how humiliating and strange it all felt. He tried turning his head but quickly noticed it wasn't a great idea, with Ino's eyes closed and the way she was moving his neck started to hurt and he believed she could carelessly snap his head off if she kept pressing forward. So he remained there and closed his eyes thinking on how the kiss felt soft, warm and despite his situation even comforting, but the lingering saliva that soon coated his entire face definitely wasn't.

"Fuck, what is she doing" Sasuke thought as he heard another moan from Ino that ended in a laugh and suddenly felt a lot of vertigo until the giant hand freed him on a really soft surface, but Ino's head was still uncomfortably close to him. Opening his eyes for a second he noticed she put him on the bed, but she was still bent on kissing him, now slowly moving through his whole body. Sasuke felt shivers on his entire body from the noise and air currents caused by Ino's nose inhaling and exhaling, her moist lips caressing more of his body which he had to admit didn't feel so bad, the eerie, raspy sensation from Ino's tongue as she started to get more adventurous and the disgusting lingering smell of her saliva, which started to feel like the only thing he could smell now.

Another happy moan from Ino filled him with a sense of dread, even if she wanted him as a boyfriend he didn't seem to care at all about him not liking this! So he tried again, hoping that his chakra could come back and he could escape this weird torture as soon as possible.
