Leumya and Rei went down to the mess hall to get some food. Rei went for some Japanese sushi and fish while Leumya went for a salad with dressing. Both would then sit at the table and eat their respective meals while chatting about their past and such. Leumya felt very sorry for Rei and understood the reason why she is going to do this Kaiju transformation.
"That is some story. All sorts of evidence against your parents' killer and it didn't play out well. Want to ensure justice would be served. I can understand why you are going through with this transformation. Well you can learn under my guidance. Perhaps in a way we could work together to keep the other kaijus in the world, especially Haruka in line, or perhaps convince her to do more with her powers. But do remember she is just a kid, even though she and you will look like one forever after this." Leumya told Rei as she wanted to be sure she isn't being too harsh on Haruka. Rei could understand this, but is still having a friend on it.
"I guess so. But still, power like that and she uses it on childish things and even a dumb tv and movie shows that feature her being a monster or some sort of young age model stomping all over the city like a klutz or something like that. Don't you think she should be more responsible?" Rei asked.
"I agree with you. I try to be more modest when I can, and sometimes I enjoy a good fun moment or too, but with power line that should come great responsibilities, and even feather chances. I joined the police and never looked back, and just look at how safer New York is. We plan to have more kaijus nationwide soon in the U.S." Leumya added to this as well. She too much like Rei wants that type of power in the right hands.
"Have you ever meet Haruka?" Rei asked. "She seems nice."
"Yes, I have. She is a good person, but she should be doing more. You could say I am worried about her in a way. But if you think Haruka is irresponsible, try reading this file here. Again, good girl, but a real monster but, even more than her."

Bio: Will be revealed later, but lives in South Korea, but often visits Tokyo and other places, great friends with Haruka
Additional info: She is almost like Haruka times 2. She just outright embraces her fame and her Kaiju status. So much infavt she has her own island near the city and is a tourist attraction. Can easily be seen as a danger to others by many professionals. Many wants to see or visit her just si they get the giant monster experience from her in person.

"Okay, now that is someone I have no plan on being. I heard she is alot of trouble." Rei also saw on the file that Soyazilla really embraces her Kaiju status to where every part of her lifestyle is to be a Kaiju. She even forgone her name to be Soyazilla full time. Even has her own movie and tv studio.
"She is a mouthful to deal with, but again good girl, say, perhaps we could find a way to get her and Haruka and many others to be more like me and soon go be you." Leumya smiled.
"Yeah, one of the plans is to do good and then they start to look bad, and maybe that encourages them to do good, and if all else fails." Rei then said determines.
"Well we don't wanna kill them, and I rather not think about more drastic measures for now. In fact... You might need to be friends with them first." Leumya suggested.
"So you say, kinda act one of them of something like that?" Rei said in a bit of disbelief.
"Percisely." Sakurai said just as he, Tanaka, and Havoc comes by. "Depends on how you wanna do it, you need to be friends with them at first. Get them to open up to you and such, work your way into them. This isn't a sprint, it's a marathon."
Rei knows that meaning, this is the long game they are playing here. It will take time to convince Haruka and many others to join the military and such, in fact... Rei might need to act like a beast, etc to get along with them. The end result will still be the same, they win.
