Haruka truly never wanted this, but she was forced against her will to do these terrible acts against not just the people of Japan, but also the entire world. All she wanted to do was live her life the way she wanted to, which is still enjoy being a kaiju while also being a nice and friendly person. She had good intentions, and never wanted to do any bad, but now she has to do bad, and it made her sick to her stomach, but what makes it even worse is the horrible fact that during her entire transformation into Cyber-Haruka, she basically was shoved out of control of her own body completely.
She was literally now just a observer, watching someone else with a motion capture suit or such pilot her body as if they were Haruka herself, only they decided to do so with an even more scary act. Her Cyberization process was alot more easier, as they decided not to mess with Haruka's look too much, only they decided to give her some cyber armor that would transform image wise into her skin thanks to nanobots that would cover every part of her body, and the technology that they install right into her body, but what they did during her process was even more repulsive. They reportedly removed her brain from the body, and placed it in some sort of cybernetic pool with water and some sort of other stuff to keep her conscious, while a robotic brain that Sakurai had control of was placed inside Haruka instead, and was connected to all of her nervous systems and such, and even then the body was alive thanks for her kaiju DNA, but after even more work was done with her, then she was ready to be unleashed upon the world. She looks entirely the same as Haruka, only with some cybernetic parts like her eyes being connected to Haruka's brain to where she can see all the destruction she would bring as torture, and now her breasts are even bigger and was wearing a gold bikini instead, to make her look like a goddess among the people.
After she was done, she would be unleashed on Tokyo, where she leveled the city without any sign of remorse or mercy. Haruka could only watch in horror as everything around her was destroyed, and not just that, but all her family and friends that she had as a kaiju was wiped out as well. Sakurai had them also targeted to be killed by Cyber-Harukazilla as Sakurai's idea to torture Haruka by having her watch as they destroy everything she held so dear, now just under their control with her powers and body while she can do nothing to stop them. Essentially, Haruka has been killed and is now suffering a fate worse than death, having to be a brain and programmed to watch them destroy all.
