The Morphisizer felt impossibly heavy in Ethan’s hand. He stared at his mental collage of Tiffany and Veronica, but a new, more brilliant thought struck him. The device didn't care about school attendance. The device could recreate anyone.
His mind immediately discarded the mundane, soaring into the realm of the truly impossible. He could be Scarlett "Star" LaRose, a social media influencer whose figure was so exaggerated it defied physics. She had a minuscule waist and a ridiculous 38F chest, and her personality was a whirlwind of performative vapidity.
He also considered Zora, the galactic heroine from his favorite video game. Zora was a warrior with the defined, muscular thighs of a combat veteran and an athletic 34C chest that looked both formidable and feminine. To become Zora would be to inhabit a body built for action.
Then there was Eleanor Thorne, a local news anchor whose poised command had captivated him on screen. Her body was always perfectly composed, her movements deliberate, and her professional demeanor was backed by a poised 36B figure that radiated authority. To become Eleanor would be to wield a quiet, adult power.
He also thought of Chef Valentina, the fiery host of a popular cooking show. She was all passion and loud, unbridled energy, with a curvy, powerful 38D figure that moved with fierce purpose around a professional kitchen. To be Valentina would be to live with an explosive, creative energy.
