The high-pitched giggle echoed across the cul-de-sac, a sound so alien and out of place it felt like a sitcom laugh track dropped into a horror movie. Ethan, still hunched by the window, watched Mr. Kim's new body—his new her body—spin and bounce with an almost manic glee. The plaid skirt twirled, the new breasts jiggled, and the long, dark hair whipped around a head that used to be bald on top.

This wasn't just a physical change. The man who once lived in a world of quiet stoicism was now a living, breathing cartoon character. He was a human lava lamp, a sudden, effervescent burst of pure, unbridled joy. This was not the Mr. Kim Ethan had known.

“Oh, God,” Ethan whispered, a mix of awe and dread coiling in his stomach. “What did I do?”

He clutched the Morphisizer, its once-glowing green light now a smug, dead spot of plastic. This wasn't a tweak. This wasn't an “upgrade.” This was a full-on, over-the-top, gender-swapping metamorphosis. The goldfish got an extra tail; Mr. Kim got… this.

Ethan knew he had to get closer. He had to see if the man was even aware he was now a woman, or if he was trapped inside this new body, a silent passenger on a runaway train of girlish giggles and bouncy new curves. He needed to know if the mind had been warped as much as the flesh.

Swallowing a lump of nervous energy, Ethan shoved the Morphisizer under his bed, a silent promise to never touch the damn thing again. He bolted out of his room, his sneakers squeaking on the hardwood floor as he tore down the stairs.

“I’m going out!” he yelled to the empty house, his voice an octave higher than usual. He didn’t wait for a response, just yanked the front door open and stepped out into the twilight.

The air was thick and sweet with the smell of freshly cut grass, but Ethan didn't notice. His eyes were glued to the figure across the street. Mr. Kim, now in his porcelain-skinned, plaid-skirted glory, was still on the porch. He was holding the mail, but instead of sorting it, he was using it as a prop, waving a catalog in the air like a fan.

Ethan’s footsteps crunched on the gravel of his driveway, each step a hammer blow against the suburban quiet. Mr. Kim looked up, a radiant smile stretching across his newly plump lips. The sight was so jarring, so deeply unsettling, that Ethan almost stopped dead in his tracks.

“Why, hello there, little boy!” he chirped, his voice a melodic, feminine lilt. He had to be kidding, right? But the look in his eyes was one of pure, unadulterated sincerity.

“Hey… Mr. Kim,” Ethan stammered, his mind scrambling for an excuse to be here. He had to play this cool. Act normal. “Just, uh… going for a walk.”

Mr. Kim—no, she was giggling again. The sound was like wind chimes dipped in honey. “Oh, don’t be shy! My, what a big boy you are! You’ve grown since I last saw you!”

Ethan’s face went crimson. He was 17, and the teacher was praising him for his size like he was a little kid getting his height measured on a door frame. “Right,” he said, forcing a nervous laugh. “So… nice day, huh?”

“It’s a marvelous day!” Mr. Kim exclaimed, doing a little dance on the porch. The plaid skirt swayed, and the breasts, tucked tightly into the polo shirt, bounced. “I feel simply… invigorated! Like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon!” He ran his hands down his new curves, a look of utter fascination on his face. “I had no idea I was hiding all this in here!”

Ethan’s heart sank. He hadn’t noticed. The man was completely oblivious. He was a prisoner in his own body, a prisoner who was enjoying his new prison.

“So… you feel different?” Ethan asked, trying to keep his voice from shaking.

“Different?” Mr. Kim's new eyes twinkled. He picked up his pleated skirt and gave a little curtsy, making the two mounds on his chest jiggle in a way that had Ethan’s face burning even hotter. “I feel brand new! It’s like the world is suddenly in technicolor, and I was seeing it in black and white before!”

Ethan wanted to ask him what he saw when he looked in the mirror, but he didn’t have the guts. He just stared at the flawless, feminine face, the plump lips, and the large, sparkling eyes. This was the result of his experiment.

"I… I should go,” Ethan mumbled, backing away slowly. Every part of him screamed to run, to sprint back to his room and hide under the bed with the Morphisizer.

“Nonsense!” Mr. Kim trilled, taking a skipping step off the porch and onto the lawn. The sight of his teacher skipping—a man who once walked with the cautious gait of a librarian carrying a stack of priceless books—was enough to stop Ethan in his tracks. The skirt swished around his knees, and the full weight of his new chest moved with a joyful, bouncy rhythm that was hypnotizing.

“You’ve come all this way, and you’re just going to leave?” he said with a playful pout, his new lips plump and rosy. “Come, come! Tell me what you’re up to.”

He walked toward Ethan, his hips swaying with a confident, feminine grace. The polo shirt was now a tight, unforgiving second skin over his new, shapely form. The C-cup breasts pressed against the fabric, their full, rounded curves a testament to the Morphisizer’s over-eager success. Ethan’s eyes flickered down to them, then back up to the giggling face.

“I… I just wanted to ask you about the science fair,” Ethan lied, the words tasting like metal on his tongue. “I was thinking of entering a project, and I wanted some advice.”

A look of utter confusion, the first hint of the old Mr. Kim, crossed his face. “Science… fair?” he repeated, his brow furrowing. “My, that sounds dreadfully dull. All those beakers and bunsen burners and smelly chemicals. Ugh, no thank you! My idea of science is… well, let’s not talk about science at all!” He finished with a theatrical flourish, waving a manicured hand in the air.

The subtle changes to his face were now starkly apparent up close. His skin was smooth, flawless, and as pale as porcelain. His eyes, now framed by long, dark lashes, were wide and sparkling. He looked like a living doll.

“Are you… okay?” Ethan asked, his voice low.

Mr. Kim tilted his head. His long hair swayed. “Okay? My dear, I’ve never been better!” he said. His voice was a melodic laugh. “In fact, I feel like a completely new person.” He gestured to his body. “I just… had this spontaneous urge to go shopping! I think I’m going to the mall and buy everything in sight. Isn’t that just the most wonderful idea?”

He didn’t seem to notice. Or if he did, he didn’t care. His new personality was bubbly. It was outgoing. It was utterly devoid of any recognition of the drastic change. The quiet, reserved Mr. Kim was gone. He was replaced by this effervescent coed who bounced on the balls of his feet with pure joy.

Ethan’s mouth hung open. “But… what about your clothes?” Ethan asked. He gestured to the man's new plaid skirt. “That’s not… what you were wearing before.”

Mr. Kim looked down at his skirt. He had a look of pure delight. “Oh, this? Isn't it cute?” he said. His voice was a melodic laugh. He giggled and ran a hand over the material. His eyes sparkled. “It just… appeared! I was so bored with my old clothes, you know? Now I feel like I'm ready for a night out!” He then looked at Ethan. A sly smile was on his face. “You’d never guess what was under here before, would you?” He stood up and twirled slowly. This gave Ethan a full view of his bouncing breasts and swishing skirt. He ran a hand over the soft fabric of his polo shirt. His fingers brushed the underside of his new breasts. The fabric was pulled taut. The C-cups jiggled with the motion. He leaned down. "I think they look bigger in person, don't you?" he whispered.

He giggled again. “It’s like magic, isn’t it?” he said, his new face alight with glee. “One moment, I’m feeling so drab. The next, poof! I feel this sudden joy. I’m so excited to try on new clothes, especially those little dresses and tight jeans. I can just imagine how they'll look on me.” He then gave Ethan a playful wink. He then reached up and ran his fingers through his long, dark hair. “It’s all so much… more fun.”

Ethan was left speechless. He had succeeded beyond his wildest dreams. The Morphisizer worked. The target was not only transformed, but his mind had been completely rewritten. He had just created a whole new person with the press of a button. His face broke into a slow, mischievous grin. He had just made history.
