Just Lillian and you...
"It's Sunday, and we're on Summer Vacation, duh..."
"Yay?" You said with little enthusiasm given the occasion
"To be honest, I don't have any specific plans either, so I came to hang out with you. You know, we could watch stuff on Netflix, play videogames or whatever..." She shrugged.

You thought about it for a moment. You definitely had no actual plans for the day, and it'd be fairly boring to just do stuff by yourself in your house, but then again, you knew she would be loaded for the day. But on the other hand, what she suggested was stuff you were going to do anyway, and it was better with company. Being your best friend and having spent time together for so long, she was arguably the person that knew you the best not counting your mom, and even Ariadne would face tough competition from her if they were to be compared.

She was definitely fun to be around, but you weren't so keen on having to suffer through the results of those burritos all day. Coupled with that, with you two alone in your house, she'll probably crank up her endless teasing with her huge ass up to eleven, which wouldn't be such a bad thing if it weren't for her gas. Coming to think of it, maybe you would've asked her out ages ago if it weren't for her farts, which would mean your mom's and Ariadne's claims about her being the right one for you would be true. Then again, maybe you'd be in a similar situation to your current one, with even higher stakes, as your friendship has run for far longer than Jen's. You quickly dismiss those thoughts, although you blush at them.

You then are suddenly hit by a realization: As you just finished your sophomore year, that means you only have one more year of high school left. Potentially, that means this might be the last year you two get to spend time together like this on a regular basis. It's a common fact of life that friends drift apart upon choosing a college or university, but you hadn't really considered the idea that it was going to happen to you too until now. You got hit hard by a feeling of emptiness, a sense of future loss. All the times and fun you've had with your friends, but specially with Lillian, you've taken for granted for most of your life. It's only now that you stopped to think about it, and wonder if one day, these would become a distant memory, one that you'd even yearn for in later years. The emptiness in your heart feels almost real, like a miniature black hole appeared in it. However, you decide not to let that overcome you and ruin your day. You knew that it made no sense to get sad about things that haven't happened yet, or may not even happen. Who knows, if you two choose a local college or university, then things shouldn't change too much. Whatever happens in the future will be a bridge you'll have to cross then anyway.

'I guess this is the best thing I can do right now...' You thought. Spending some more quality time with your best friends, quirks or not, feels like it's the best thing to do to at least avoid having future regrets, even though you may regret your choice short-term.
"Well, that sounds like a solid plan to me" You chuckled, and you saw her smile, just like always. However, before that, she looked at you, and you wondered for a moment if she caught your darker feeling moments ago. She was incredibly intuitive when it came to you, and she always boasted about being able to read you like a book, You hoped that for once she didn't pick up on that.
"So, what is it gonna be?" She asked, and you sighed on relief, it seems she missed your darker inner monologue from earlier

[Note: I know that the Netflix and Videogames choices may seem too similar and be pointless, but they both can open slightly different options, so I decided to separate them]

You decide to watch Netflix together, which pretty much means cuddling, as Lillian loves to hug you while she watches, or have you lay on her lap, and against her belly. She could also sit on your lap...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------

You choose to play some videogames instead, to get your mind off of those previous thoughts, and because you actually have fun playing games with her. It's highly unlikely that anything strange will happen with just the two of you sitting on your couch enjoying some videogame, isn't it?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------

In the end, what you choose doesn't matter, as you don't get to enjoy it for long, as you two get interrupted... It can be almost anything, someone knocks on the door, your phone rings, etc...
