Lillian is a green skinned orc with the typical tribal barbarian outfit and furs. Unlike most orcs, Lillian resembles more of an elf than a pig, and largely resembles her human counterpart. Her mother, Shelia, is the orc group's chieftain and is just like her daughter in terms of appearance. Thus, the mother-daughter duo resemble green elves with larger canines coming from their lower jaw and the fangs poking out from their lips in an adorable (or sexy, depending on how you're looking at it) way.
