AN ASSUMPTION THAT THE FUTURE WILL BE LIKE THE PAST SINCE IT IS UNPROVABLE FOR RATHER THE OBVIOUS EMPIRICAL DIFFICULTIES THAT VERIFYING SUCH A THING WOULD ENTAIL AND YOU KNOW WHAT THIS RATHER SIMPLE SEEMING STATEMENT HAS RATHER DIRE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE NATURAL SCIENCES AND I'D JUST LOVE TO EXPLAIN THE DETAILS OF IT ALL TO YOU BUT YOU'RE ABOUT TO EAT ME!!!!!!"
