In Hera's little world, there were two microscopic races that lived there, the Microputians and Lilliputians. Hera fell in love with her first batch of little Microputians. Hera was fortunate to have chosen a Goddess of fertility as her namesake, it made it easier to get the highly fertile Micros and Lillis to trust her. She proclaimed that if they worshipped her or had sex during her evening rituals, they will be blessed with more children. The little ones obeyed her commands, building statues of their caring Goddess and engaging in sexual intercourse whenever she put on one of her erotic displays.

The Goddess's pride in her body inspired the tinies to take care of their own bodies and make themselves desirable for their lovers. Everyone walked around in the nude, just like their Goddess. The climate of the aquarium was quite warm all year long, so they needn't fear getting cold. The women grew their hair long to emulate their Goddess's long, curly hair. The men trained their bodies to become muscular and tanned. Public displays of sex were normal in the aquarium and often encouraged.
