Phil was very excited about finally getting away from his torturers. He told the officers that he wanted to go back home, and looked back at the girls as the officers took him out of the house. They all glared at Phil, letting him know with their eyes that they weren't through torturing him. Phil didn't care, for now he was free.
As the officers took Phil to the squad car, there was a call on the radio about another crime nearby. The officers turned to each other and said "we can't really take him with us." As they tried to figure out what to do, another police car pulled up and out walked Officer Penelope Ramirez. She was 5'9, with beautiful features, an ass that barely fit into her police issued pants, and breasts that seemed to be giving the buttons on her top a very strict workout. "Hey guys," she called out "I was told to come down here and take over." The two officers looked at each other and said "fine by us." They handed Phil to Penelope and said "he has to get home," and then left.
Officer Ramirez took Phil into her squad car and looked down at him. Phil looked up to see the incredibly beautiful woman staring back. "Um," Phil said, "my home isn't too far, and I just want this day to be over." Penelope smiled and said "honey, your day is just starting. No way I'm letting someone like you go so quickly after getting you. I've dreamed of something like this for so long." Phil started squirming in her hand, but she closed her fist around him and began to lick her lips.
"Now then," Penelope said, "what to do with you for the rest of my shift?" She thought for a moment and decided...........
