Phil felt like there was no escape from this hell. He barely had the strength to look up at her face. When he finally did he saw her looking right at him smiling. "She's not going to give me a break, she's going to torture me again." He thought as he struggled to move. He heard Melissa giggle and noticed something. Her smile didn't look like ths sadistic grin he saw on most of the girls. It looked like a friendly caring smile.
"Sorry if I hurt you back there. If Ms. Li saw me going easy on you, she'd probably make me go up against one of the stronger girls. Are you ok." Phil wanted to say something, but he couldn't form the words. "Wow! I got you real good." she said as she started to stroke her tiny passenger with her finger. "Maybe I should ask Ms. Li if I can help you train after lunch while the other girls are sparing." Phil smiled and nodded, happy to finally meet at least one person who cares about him.
