Phil soars through the air. He tries to guide himself with his parachute, but the strong gust is taking him where it wills. He flies across the yard when the wind suddenly stopped, and he finds himself falling, albeit slowly because of his parachute, onto the sidewalk in front of the house. Not knowing how to land, he lets the paper fall directly on top of him and crumple into a ball. In a few seconds he is finally free and assesses the situation.
Right then the door of the house slams open, and Monique comes rushing out. Quickly, he sees a tree in between the sidewalk and the road and hides within its roots. Monique comes running out muttering angry curses towards him under her breath. She is walking very assertively towards where Phil is as if she saw something. Did she see Phil hide amongst the roots?
