Momo's day in Unohana's sock

The first thing Unohana decided to do was to take a walk around her division to check up on her patients and subordinates. Sometimes she would have to help the newer subordinates with some rather difficult injuries, but most of the time she just stood there and watched, proud of how well the members of forth division were able to heal others injuries. All of these movements and moments of some stillness had the effect of making Momo, who was still trapped in the toejam between the gigantic captain's toes, very disoriented. "Kami, this sucks." thought Momo who looked close to throwing up. Suddenly the foot she was stuck with started to move even quicker than what it has been moving. "What the hell is going on?!" Unohana was just standing around when one of her seated members ran up to her. "Taichou, we have a problem! A member of eleventh division got incredibly cocky and used hollow bait to train. The fool was quickly over run with them. Thankfully, there were some others with him, but he is in terrible shape. We need you immediately!" the unnamed shinigami said. "I'm on my way." said Unohana. "Hopefully my little foot pet can handle a bit of running. I would hate to have it die this soon." she thought to herself.
Unohana quickly entered the room where the injured shinigami was. "Oh dear, this does seem bad. Thankfully I'll be able to heal him, but he will have to rest for a month after this." said Unohana to the others in the room. Working quickly, she slowly healed the injured shinigami. "There. He will be okay, but make sure he stays in bed for a month and to not use hollow bait unless he has more people with him. I hope I don't see him like this again." told Unohana to the people that brought him in. Seeing this was over, she decided to go outside and relax in the sun for awhile. "Hmm, I think I'll keep my socks on for this. Too bad it's so hot today. Oh well, atleast my pet will get plenty of my sweat to drink." With that, she took a short nap. To Momo, the running she did had the unfortunate side effect of forcing into the toejam even further. "Please let this end soon." Momo said to herself. Suddenly some toejam that came loose during the running fell off and landed into her mouth. "Oh kami! This is disgusting!" she thought. It filled her mouth to the point she had to swallow it or rick suffocating. Deciding to get it over with, she quickly tried to swallow it. The stuff, however, don't want to go so quickly, and slid down her throat slowly. "Please go down." thought Momo with a grimace.
The foot finally started moving again, but quickly stopped moving. "Now what?" Momo thought. Seeing nothing wrong, Momo decided to take a short nap with nothing else to do. The sock she was in was quickly getting hotter and the foot started sweating worse stink even more. All of this quickly led to Momo waking up sweating. The sweat was slowly staring to make her breathing harder and harder. Seeing no other option to to stay alive, Mom quickly started to lick all the sweat away. The sweat kept coming, however. Slowly soaking her from head to toe in the captain's sweat and oils, Momo had to continue licking just to survive. Unohana woke up feeling great and refreshed after her nap. The first thing the captain felt was what she thought was a bug liking between her toes. "I guess you really like my sweat down there, little guy." said Unohana. "I'll make sure you have a steady supply." With that, she got up and went to her office to do some paperwork. After some time of this, she quickly got bored. "This is so boring." she thought. "Wonder what I can do to make this more fun? Ooh, that's a wonderful idea." She slowly reached down and pulled off her socks.
To Momo, she felt shaking, and suddenly she saw a bright light. After her eyes adjusted, she saw she was finally out of the sock. "Oh thank kami." she said. Looking up, she saw Unohana's face looking down at her. "WHERE ARE YOU MY LITTLE PET? I KNOW YOUR DOWN THERE." Unohana finally noticed where Momo was. "OH. IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAD A FUN TIME. HOW DID YOU ENJOY BEING STUCK BETWEEN MY BEAUTIFUL TOES? WELL, I FIGURED IT WAS TIME FOR US TO BOND AS A MASTER AND PET. AND THE BEST WAY TO TO THAT IS WITH PLAYING WITH EACH OTHER. GET READY." Unohana used her finger and picked Momo out from between her toes and sat her down between her massive feet. "I think I see where this is going." thought Momo with a sigh. Unohana's feet came together, trapping Momo in some kind of demented form of a hug. Struggling to escape, Momo was able to slide past the balls of the feet due to the sweat, but was quickly stopped by the captains toes. Feeling the bug struggle made Unohana laugh. "This is so much fun. I'm glad that I came up with this idea." Taking her toes away from Momo, she let the bug get away from her by an inch and quickly trapped it under her big toe. Suddenly, the toes trapping Momo separated. "This is my chance to escape!" thought Momo. She ran as quick as she could, but didn't make it ten feet before she felt a huge pressure push down on her back. Looking up, she saw it was the captains big toe on her right foot. It then started rubbing up against her, as if trying to cuddle with her, rubbing all over Momo all the stuff that was on it, such as sweat, lint, dead skin, and more.After awhile, the toe stopped and removed itself. Thinking it was over, Momo was unprepared for the next toe that decided to rest on her back. This process continued until Momo knew every detail of every one of Unohana's shiny black painted toes.
Finally the day was at an end and Unohana finished her paperwork. She played with the little bug for many hours and never grew bored of it. Reaching down for it, the captain saw it wasn't moving and decided to just carry it back to her quarters to go to sleep for the night. Having no time to make a place for the bug, Unohana decided to just drop the bug into one of the socks she wore that day and wear it to bed. Feeling the bug between her toes, the captain decided that today was over and quickly fell asleep.
What happens next?
