"Then you're as guilty as he is! You betrayed the trust I placed in you…just like he did." Momo fell to her knees in weakness, a single tear falling from her face in acknowledgement of the truth. Her gentle nature and selfless intentions had caused her to be taken advantage of as a naive fool, again.
An image of Aizen's manipulative scowl appeared in her mind, causing repressed memories to trigger an illogical rage that materialized as a faint purplish aura that amplified and surrounded Momo. Arches of spiritual energy shot across short distances around her every few seconds in random directions as she rose to stand in her full glory. Her now bright purple eyes fixated and peered deep into the soul of her treacherous sworn enemy; one of the barbarically savage Arrancar.
“She’s out of control! We’ve got to stop her before she…” Ichigo tried to rock Naruto back and forth as he screamed at him with a sense of urgency, but Naruto’s eyes seemed distant and his body wouldn’t budge as he stared up into the eyes of Momo. Ichigo stepped back from him slowly as he realized the possession Momo had over Naruto.
Momo’s hair bun exploded as the purplish aura surrounding her intensified. Her clothes and hair levitated slightly as she stretched her arm in the direction of the Arrancar mesmerized and possessed by her as Ichigo stepped backward in front of him on the cold floor. Her purple light illuminated the room as Momo spoke a word with a divine echo that confirmed Ichigo’s greatest fears…”Hakufuku!”
