After Ichigo confirmed his story Momo wasted no time in running to the tenth squad barracks, to keep the shrunken Shinigami safe she placed him on her head, where he held on tightly to her blackish purple hair.
"Faster. Use Shunpo!" Ichigo yelled, clearly concerned for his comrades safety.
Momo didn't shake her head for Ichigo's sake but did express her opinion, "No, If I do I just may pass it. We're closer than you think."
As it turned out the distance Ichigo covered wasn't as great as he thought, without a single flash step Momo simply ran and arrived at the door Ichigo exited in a measly ten minutes.
<i> Man I feel small </i> Before the door Momo, careful not to jostle her head too much asked Ichigo whether or not this was the right room. Staring at the door Ichigo was certain, "Yeah, she's in there with Naruto."
Sliding the door open Hinamori entered, Ichigo leapt up, looking for Rangiku. She was found in a corner, her foot unexpliticly bare and raised, like she was going to stomp on something. Realizing what Rangiku was about to do Momo dashed forward and literally tackled her over, the sudden leap caused Ichigo to fall back to the floor; next to Naruto ironically.
"I see you got help." He noted, somewhat relieved he just avoided death beneath a Shinigami's sole.
The shrunken Shinigami nodded once, "Yeah, I got lucky too. I found her just in time to save you."
The arrancar flashed a toothy grin, "Thanks!"
Ichigo was taken aback. "What? Is there something on my face?" Naruto started rubbing a hand over his face looking for such a thing.
"N-No, it's just....you seem human. I feel like I'm talking with another guy my age instead of an arrancar."
Naruto smirked, "Age means nothing. I've been around for ages and I'm still the same as I was when I was 16."
As the two talked Hinamori came back into view, behind her was a passed out Rangiku. "She drank so much she passed out from the tackle." She explained.
Suddenly her attention turned to Naruto, her eyes with their heavy bags beneath them looked horrified, "An arrancar?! You had me save an arrancar?! The enemy!?"
The shinigami stepped forward, "He's different! He's.....my friend." Ichigo turned around, sharing a touching moment with his new friend.
Momo paused....finally saying....
