Little Tom quickly managed to let go of the spaghetti string, just in time and he falls down into Annissa's cleavage.
Tom: That was way too close for comfort, gotta stay here until she's done eating.
Annissa continued to eat, and she ate like a pig as her whole mouth and cheeks was covered in sauce.
After some time Annissa was all done eating and she stood up and returns to her cabin.
There she packs her final stuff and gets her final dirty clothes.

Tom: Now I just need to figure out where to go to...
He looks around the street and recognized it.
Tom: I know this place, but its soooo far to Roxanne...*SIGH* Guess I have no choice...
He starts to walk a seemingly endless road to Roxanne's house.
Weeks passed by and little Tom was tired of traveling but he finally made it to Roxanne's house.
Tom: I made it! Haha! At last.
He looks up her house and he heard Roxanne coming from the inside.
Tom: Hahaha, I'm coming Roxy!
He jumps up in joy, but is suddenly covered in a huge shadow.
It was a giantess and little Tom looked up to see it was....
