Then Tom managed to turn around and crawl out of her cleavage.
Tom: Now I need to get out of here.

Luckily he made it out of the spaghetti, now he needed to leave the fork.
Her mouth opened up wide.
Tom: NO DON'T EAT ME!
He jumps, but got hit by a string of spaghetti and he held onto it.
Tom: Tarzan this shit!
Annissa puts the spaghetti into her mouth, but there we're some strings left outside her mouth, on which little Tom was.
He looks up and Annissa slurps it up into her mouth with great speed.
Tom: NO!!!!
Little Tom then....
